Thank you Aqsa for this recipe. I made it today and added 1 tsp tandoori masala. Rest followed the same and served it as Arabic mandi with tomato sauce, boiled eggs and raita. Everyone loved it! ❤
Tip: One thing I noticed was that I added steamed mixture in rice but cornflour made it a bit sticky, so would suggest avoiding either adding cornflour or don't use the mixture for rice.

How did you cut the chicken exactly? The store I know only sell either full chickens (the ones that you usually stuff) or regular chicken breasts (with/without bone), drumsticks,...
I also don't think I've got a pot that's big enough, could I use a steamer instead? What temperature would you recommend then (for e.g. gnocchi I usually use around 100°)?
You have already cooked the chicken on steam for a long time, so it became soft. Will it not be overcooked when you put it in the oven?
