Yes I'm so grateful to have use of a greenhouse now as it definitely helps with the colder weather! Was rather tricky doing it the first year without one!
To be honest I didn't like the idea of buying the cardboard as I'd much rather reuse and recycle. However I needed a lot of cardboard and quickly to get set up, so on this occasion I did buy it by the roll. It was quite thin and ripped easily so not all that great but it did do the job. I did have to double layer on a few beds to help drown out the hardier weeds that kept coming back through 😅 This year I've made sure to collect lots of spare cardboard so I have a nice stock of it ready and waiting. I just asked on social media and friends and family ☺️👍
I do like the idea of cardboard, but, as you mentioned, sometimes it is not easy to get. In my case I am getting hold of some from my work place, but I am short. So, your idea of cardboard rolls sounds a good, less affordable, option. Wondering which one you used! Thanks for the good answer! 🎉😊
Your working really hard and making good progress the greenhouse will be great for seed sowing and getting jobs done when the weather is rubbish. 🌸🌺

Very interesting, how did you find the idea of buying the cardboard rolls instead of put used cardboard?
