I can not find the drivers for my Advance C5255 printer on your site. I got "GPlus_PCL6_Driver_V300_32_64_00," which is not working on my Windows 10 PC. Please help me, as I am becoming frustrated.
My Pixma MG6620 was working perfectly until I got a new PC. It's not recognized no matter what I do. Well, it gets detected for the time the software is processing the install, and then suddenly, no printer is detected. Very frustrating . . . Time to drag my son into this as he built the PC for me.
Okay, I figured it out finally. The PC or whatever had set up a generic multifunction printer which, of course, has no drivers. Once I removed that fake printer, the install went through. :)
I've done this over and over. It works for a print job, but then won't print again the next time I go to print. It's so frustrating. And you can't actually chat with anyone at Canon.... They just have instruction after instruction saying the same thing, which I've done over and over again.
I cannot find the USB port on my new Canon printer!! This model's description says it can connect with USB but how is that possible?? Failed wireless connection completely - even after following steps and being told printer was successfully set up, it doesn't show in my devices list. Therefore I can't connect wirelessly at all!
@@anitamshaw9967 I actually found it some hours later after my post 😂😂 It was very well hidden, I have to say! Was in a little nook, deeply recessed and wasn't easy to maneuver the plug into it. Thanks anyway
I can't find whether my Canon Pixma TR8620a printer's USB port is 2.0, 3.0, or 3.1! All I see in documentation is "high-speed," which could even mean 2.0!!! My pc has 3.1 USB ports, so I'd like to take advantage of that if the PRINTER will let me!
Check the orientation and insertion angle of the "Type-B" connector and connect to the printer. The USB Port is slightly diagonal. For details, refer to the instruction manual supplied with the USB cable
I HATE wireless set=ups as it always goes wrong eventually. What's the point of having a small printer if you cannot connect with a PC via cable but beware- CANON never provide a cable in the box so you have to get one separately. Otherwise a good video.
what about wired LAN, I want to use that instead, printer is connected to the router as my laptop is in the other room. I need your mobile app but no help to say whats the app called or your QR code is useless. C'mon Canon wake the hell up :)
I want the morning and late afternoon ... and the expense ... back that I wasted trying to set this plastic box of confusion . Seems simple , IF you enjoy screwing around setting this crap up . All that aggravation just to remind myself to avoid Canon products in the future .

I just bought a Canon G1020, and I have a problem to connect to my Mac. Sometime can print and most of the time can't print. Why?

Most printers' USB ports are next to the printer's power plug in in the back of the printer.

Is this for wireless?
Useless, I want to set up the Selphy cp1300 but there's no drives for my MacOS 10.13...

Where is the plug in cable area for my cannon TS3320 ???
hidden right at the back near the electric cable plug in. More poor Canon design
wheres the USB cable..?
Have to buy one. They don't supply it.
This is worse than useless
WHERE is the download link???????
You are welcome
dude, no CD came in this box !
I don't understand WHY...the USB cable would not just automatically come with it... It's 8 bucks..
Mine keeps asking me for a network key and an admin password. This is my own computer and it won’t take my password. I’m very frustrated.
I learned with another computer that it prints out if you tap the i button if your printer has one.
How about an Ethernet port!!!
No USB cord provided.
doesn’t help with ipad cable info.

did you manage ?
Thanks for showing me everything, except for where the fuck to actuallly find the correct drivers

I wish I never bought this dumb ass printer
Well that was a complete waste of time, printer still not connecting. Might bin it and move to an HP instead
How Is this supposed to be helpful when you are SPEEDING through ,
you don't even provide drivers for the latest macOs, come now, do better CANON !!!!!!

…” a cable that looks like this…”. Seriously this is no help what so ever. Pathetic.
