I do like to work on sampler-type things but that are smallish; I've done 4 "girls in gardens" like Ellie's Garden by Annie the Proper Stitcher and Bloom Bright by Acadia Stitchery, and I have 2 more kitted up to make a grouping on a wall!

We had 2 that came all summer but I think they are now heading to the South for the winter. They are so much fun to watch! Gorgeous stitching as always! I mostly enjoy smallish things, as I don't like to have lots of WIPS (I've fully finished about 100 things in the last 15 months, mostly small like initial fobs, book marks, ornaments, etc.) . I do like to work on sampler-type things but that are smallish; I've done 4 "girls in gardens" like Ellie's Garden by Annie the Proper Stitcher and Bloom Bright by Acadia Stitchery, and I have 2 more kitted up to make a grouping on a wall!

Hi Sarah! What a difference a week has made! I am off all of the funky meds, and doing well with just Tylenol, truly a miracle! You have so many beautiful hummingbirds!! We had 2 that came all summer but I think they are now heading to the South for the winter. They are so much fun to watch! Gorgeous stitching as always! @@SarahsStitchySpot We currently have 10 feeders of various sizes (front, back & side of our house) and placed them further apart. yet the Woodpeckers enjoying hanging from them daily. I added a hummingbird swing, keep you posted if they use it.

Eddy and Patsy is coming along nicely. It’s considerate of you to stitch on a fabric called catnap; I’m sure the birds wouldn’t be happy with a non-napping cat since it might think they’d make for a tasty dinner. And who wants to deal with all that drama.
The project bag that Ann made for you with Sarah’s Stitchy Spot on the front and piecework on the back is incredible, and amazingly kind. You might want to try wearing a headpiece like that on your future flosstubes. Could add a whole new dimension to them.

Good morning, dear Arleen, just what the doctor ordered, and by doctor, I mean me. M. Fayant is a joy. I will make sure to dangle a few more threads for next time. Who knows I could be starting the next big trend in the cross stitch world. One could tie beads on the ends and even make them festive. I never thought about stitching Eddie and Patsy on a fabric called Cat Nap. You do not miss a thing, my friend. Very funny. The project bag made me quite verklempt (big word, huh?). This is actually the second fabulous bag she has made for me (I am on a kick using the word “fabulous”) And you are right, I do covet the headpiece. Ann reported she actually added a few plumes. (Is that the right word, or is it flumes) Oh, well, I did use the word verklempt. Thank you for watching and just being fabulous you. Hugs and kisses.
