Those are very nice Door seals and weather strip parts. Glad to see company’s making them.
Thanks for your videos. I have received a lot of help with my own CRX-project.
always about the details - love these little things that cost almost nothing but make such a huge impact
Great work. It's quite something to see what it takes to keep a classic fresh.
Using some glass cleaner or p80 emulsion really helps getting rubber seals like that seated. Thanks for showing us these products and resources, and great work as always
I've used rubber safe silicone sprays like 303.
I'm really happy that Brady can support us like this. I hope he can make seals for the del sol.
I bought the first 88 red CRX Si in my town brand new. It was the best car I've ever owned. I even had the Motor Trend 1988 Car of the Year decal in the rear quarter window. I'm still amazed at the trinkets I was able to fit into the little rear side compartments next to the fold down trunk lid. #myfirstlove
Absolutely awesome! Wish he could restore mine!
So awesome that he's making these parts available. Hoping one day he expands into the 1G market!
Definitely. If there is enough interest, I’m sure he will.
@@crxseth well he'll have customer #1 right here. ✋
Yes and us 3G civic guys too.
Also a big shout out to you for making our Honda shifting so much better with your tyrannosaurus tightener product.
I loved the every single details you made on the CRX. Super legit!
Finally! We found your dirty secret on your CRX! A spot that wasn't clean! Didn't last long, but we saw it! Lol
Hahaha.
Nicest CRX ive seen good to see it in great shape also the S2000 as well.
Love the videos, the crx, and your installations!! Keep up the great work.
New CRX song sounds nice
Another great video! Some of my buddies rebuild older RC cars that are 20-30 years old. One guy placed yellowed plastic parts in peroxide filled ziploc bags and placed them in the sunlight or under uv lights and turned them back white. Maybe something to look into for yellowing stock connectors under the hood.
I’ve heard of that. I may eventually try that for some things.
It's called retro brighiting! Ive used this method to bring back a SNES and it works great.
Awesome man
Really glad i found your channel seth, found it a couple months back and have binged watched.. also cool to find someone more local to me.. most channels i watch are west coast guys not that its a bad thing just cool to see someone from my neck of the woods so passionate about these cars!
Not a huge Honda scene around this area! Hoping to get some more folks interested in it again.
@@crxseth im not sure where you are in ky, im close to louisville and man back years ago it was a big scene, not so much anymore.. of course im an old honda guy lol im 46..
I lived in Louisville back in 2003-2009. I’m now a little further west.
@@crxseth hope you and your family avoided the bad weather toward the west of the state..
Love those sprint hart cps. I got those on my del sol as well, and they are beautiful wheels on black hondas.
damn great video! definitely an underrated youtube channel!! keep up the good work!
I just ordered a pairs of bracket after saw your video they look awesome
What brackets? Seat belt holders?
Yes those holders i didn't have clue that they even exist , they're on the way from 🇰🇷
Omg the reproduction parts thats badass man!!!
I miss my 89' DX everyday...I dropped in a ZC back when it was the thing to do before the bigger swaps were available for a reasonable price.
Swaps used to be cheap!
@@crxseth it was 1800 in 2006 I think. I didnt have the tools or time to actually do the swap myself. so I paid another 1200 to swap it out......then I blew it and left it on the side of the road and never saw it again.
Good job!!!
The wiper motor came out nice, I need to remove mine and clean it also.
Interesting, I noticed something extra on my Seat belt last week but didn't think anything more about it as it's hanging down as all the interior stripped out while I sort body work and leaking roof channels, turns out it already has this extender on Drivers Side🙂
Nice! I guess someone bought the OEM option at some point.
Hi, cool job! I like to make it so clear on my own, I do have a Civic...
Yo sería feliz si al quien pudiera restaurar mi tsuru 2 aunque tenga que vender mi riñón buen trabajo amigo mul hermosos autos
Always wonder, what is that C shape black box bolted into the shock tower, I see in EF Civics and second Gen CRX but never know what it is
It’s the main fuse panel for the car.
@@crxseth ooohhhhhh!!! Thanks a lot mate, now I can sleep in peace hahahah
I boight those LOCK stickers too.
Can I ask what radiator you're running? It looks OEM. My OEM CRX radiator inlet and outlet are smaller than the B16 hoses. I know there are aftermarket options like Koyorad and Skunk2 with the larger inlets but they don't look stock. And while I have you, curious what year axles/halfshaft you have and whether or not you have LSD. Thanks!
Good questions. I have the OEM radiator but I’m using worm gear clamps unfortunately since the hoses are slightly larger than the inlet/outlet. I’m hoping to swap these clamps to something a little better at some point. The axles are the older style with the male-male intermediate shaft. The transmission is a cable B16 transmission without LSD.
@@crxseth Cool, thanks so much for the info. I have the 94-01 Integra axles with the female intermediate shaft. Whats the advantage of the Skunk2 intake manifold with your setup? Are you running stock PWO ECU?
This swap actually came with the Skunk2 manifold. I can only imagine the gains from it are minimal. I figured I would keep it rather than try to locate a B16 manifold. I am running a chipped P28 with a B16A base map burned via Honda Tuning Suite. My friend is more knowledgeable with tuning so he took care of that for me.
there is a $500 non running crx in the area i live in what would an estimate be to get it running
It depends on the condition. Could be as simple as a few rubber parts, or need a full rebuild/swap. Hard to guess without info. It's worth that in parts, so still a good deal if straight.
any recommendations on where to find good condition seats for the crx such as the ones you have in yours ?
Unfortunately not. They are difficult to come by, so you always have to be on the lookout.
There were a few guys selling the fabric a while back, but takes a good upholsterer and reformed seat foam to not make it look lumpy.
Mitsuba made some amazing motors and starters etc
How do I get in touch with you?, have a couple of items would like to post out to you. Cheers Seth

The new seals are great... but I think a tad too thick ?
They are just new. They will break in some quickly.
To get replacement parts like that is unmeasurable.
I use ammo nyc products on my tl type s. This stuff will clean and restore anything but it's super pricey. I also really like Griots they have amazing prices for the quality. I'm also from Paducah and I'm getting ready to restore my $700 07 tl type s. I'll be filming alot of it as I go. Great job on the rex though man.
If you ever want to film anything on the tl for your channel I'd be cool with that. I know Shawn and alot of the old wkyimports crew lol. Got it cheap and I've been wanting one since 07 lol.
Nice car seth. if i may, what color is your crx? thanks
It is Flint Black Metallic.
@@crxseth thank you! more video. keep it up.
My EF6 is Flint Black top, Great Colour 👍
Nice one on YT repainted in the later Honda Pirates Black
Do you make HF replacement decals mine are gone :(
I do not, but I’ve seen several for sale online.
Did you change your engine?
I mean u swap the engine?
Yes, my friends and I swapped this in 2019.
Would you ever care to show how your O2 sensors are set up? Having issues with my obd0 B16a. Car dies out on full throttle. I replaced the dizzy but something tells me it’s got to do with the O2 sensors
I’m actually running a single one-wire O2 sensor with OBD-1 P28 ECU.
Do you have the JDM dual sensor ecu? They need to be on 1-3 and 2-4 secondaries and gotta be welded onto aftermarket/usdm headers, not too close to either merge. It is much cheaper just to buy and run a chipped obd1 in that case.
I run my aftermarket wideband now, with no issues and a bit more power.
extenders are a waste.
