Kpop fans usually use the Noah Centineo comparision as an insult to Daniel but I'll forgive you, PD, I know you didn't mean it that way haha I'm so happy for all the appreciation for Daniel. We have to keep in mind that he doesn't have a big company backing him up and helping him put all of this together. Him and his team have taken it from ground up and working their way into building a path for Daniel to express himself as an artist. Seeing them learn as they go and start making good decisions is pretty exciting even for me as just a fan.

He is also a movie fan. He wanted to make movies when he was younger.. that's why his MVs are different I think. What are you up to had a lot of meanings while Touchin' is heavily influenced by 80s-90s movie/mv styles.
I believe this song deserve so much more. It's such a groovy and tender song. I would never get bored of this song and I love the story line of the MV and I like how KD team uses the whole building for the MV too

But I love that I didn’t connect it at all and I still see this as his own video tbh, not constantly thinking of the scenes from black swan. And thank you for the explanation of the song title having a double meaning 🙃! I thoroughly enjoyed this comeback and was a bit iffy on his first (debut) solo song. I couldn’t fully get into that song but didn’t hate it at all. This song and mini album I fully got into. And I haven’t really looked into the lyrics yet and I’m mainly about lyrics but he sold me by his voice and the video and his live stages. This mini album makes me happy.. 🙃
