@@MsMoniqueLG If you mean a Risk Assessment Form, then yes they would be the same thing. It may depend though on your organization and what specifically they're looking for.
This is great. Thank you! When plotting on the graph, the points are relative to each other and only extend the x,y axis as far as the highest value in the Risk Log. For example, when plotting only one risk with an impact of 1 and a probability of 1, you get a Score of 1 (very low risk). However, the graph will show it in the upper right corner of the graph (visually making it look very high) as the x and y axes only go from 0 to 1.2. What do you suggest would be the solution for this?
Thank you !! It was a very informative video. But , As I was using Microsoft Excel Version 2007 , it didn't find the option - "value from cell" . How can I overcome this problem ?
Thanks for the video. I like it. I keep getting an error message when I try to link the axis titles to the impact and probability cells. What am I not seeing here? Any idea? This is what it looks like in the formula bar: =RiskLog[[#Headers];[Impact (I)]] By the way, the semicolon is used in Norway, instead of the comma (no idea why). The error message is generic (are all parentheses in place, are you sure it's a formula and not something else, etc.)
@Naveen, great to hear from you! Feel free to send me a message with this link so I can help you get access to the simulator you need: www.alvinthepm.com/contact/
Sorry to hear you didn't gain value out of this, my website explicitly states that it's a Risk Register Template. Also, to set expectations, my video walks you through step-by-step with how to create the Risk Assessment Matrix using the data in the Risk Register File, which is completely FREE.
@@alvinthepmofficial which is fine it’s your spreadsheet, but what happens with the name and email address we had to hand over to realise it was basically an empty spreadsheet.
Your vedios are good but, you are doing things without explaining, we don't know the Microsoft you are using, we you don't mention how you highlight from top to bottom. In summary, you are only addressing certain people, nothing basic, for me it's a 1 out of 5

Great info, thank you very much!
Really glad you found the video helpful!
Great video, although I would like to know how to create the LEGEND please?
Brilliant, thank you so much
I'm so glad you found the video helpful!
The legend came outta nowhere? How do I create that?
How do you know if one threat row entry is a low medium or high probability? How did you create that logic?
You have to discuss the impact and severity of a risk based on your discussions with your team.
Thank you for the video! Well explained!

Hi alvin. Myself Naveen. I am from India. I cannot able to purchase your exam simulator. Is there any other way like PayPal?

You did well but the set up of the chart colour on the gradient scale is not random but would be based on the cumulative rink rating.
You dont know how long ive been searching for a decent 5x5 for my RIO board. Any way i can make it NOT a gradient. My customer isnt fond of it.

Don’t bother downloading the template from the website it doesn’t have the graphs.

Your concatenate doesnt work at all, Sir...
Worths mentioning that this approach won't work in web excel - both microsoft and google
