I miss verdant moon, I had a strong greatsword, the relic of manasense, and I had virtue. Real shame most of the community was banned. I wish I could still play the OG, but I'm very exited to the rewritten version!
I quit verdant before that whole banning scandal happened, but i was a greatsword main and this video genuinely made me come this close to tears. Im hoping this turns out well.
It’s a fighting game with boring progression but a unique style of combat that’s rare to see, I’d recommend checking the game out as there is still a few players so if you do get interested you’ll probably get good by the time the remake comes out

Idiot Sealant caused all this, Sealant wanted the game to die out bc he didn't like being a mod under the control of a retired dev, Iltria so after iltria retired and left the discord server he went on and accused her of grooming people in verdant moon, and started banning people who played the game under the excuse of "not supporting a game made by a groomer" The actual reason he did that is bc he wanted to make his own verdant moon where he controls everything with no one above him. That's why he killed verdant moon and rewritten it all by himself. Poor iltria trusted that power hungry idiot. Iltria is no groomer, she was no awful person.
Bro... Me and a faction of 30 people got banned about 2 years ago. We were banned for apparently acting degenerate and disgusting within our faction server. While we made a couple of sus jokes here and there, never did we ever subject anyone we weren't intially friends to any of our jokes. We were accused of sending explict pictures to random dms in the community, forming plans to meet irl, and even exploiting. The amount of false allegations thrown out about us were too many to count, and because I was afraid and an utter fool, I deleted everything we said which made us look VERY suspicious. A lot of us were saddened after we used to pour hours, hopping on the game day after day after school, and it was all torn down because of a couple of dumb jokes between me and my friends, that turned into false accusations.... I had no idea Sealant was known for framing others, so I guess this makes us a little better now knowing about this. So uh, thanks ig ^^ I hope we'll be welcome if we ever decide to try out VM:Rewritten
