This was super interesting! In the new update, in the prestige temple (I believe) one of the new NPCs mentioned that humankind had a ceremony or festival to celebrate Terra. When all the humans offered was a simple music Cello, Terra used the song in a fit of possibly rage or nostalgia to wipe out everything. This has let me to believe that Terra was either angry about her prize not being worthy enough, or that she lost someone that was associated with the cello and mistook the human’s intentions.
@@exokrow5222 also idk if this was before the kon update, but near the wolves den you can find a secret place, like a park, in which theres a lunarian that says something about terra spending a lot of time with "he", which may be asociated to the cello
Terra herself was a Lunarian blessed with endless amounts of mana and played a Cello, which she used to create the “Songs” so the songs are quite literally songs played by Terra.
I see a fellow lore enjoyer. I think this is pretty canonical lining up with the events of the songs. The twigs and golems are made out of natural materials stone and wood and they are enchanted with mana. The twigs thou seem a bit off looking like something created them instead of them naturally forming due to mana and the golems seem to be from another planet but are made out of earth materials and mana and makes you wonder are they really from another planet? Also the shadows and the shadow buffs. They seem weird and you need an abyssal mask to enter the real they exist in. I guess just some curious out of worldly creatures wanted to see the effects of the song but nature seemed to corrupt some of them leading to the assassin enemy. The soul amulet makes me think about it if they have those amulets they must have been hunting for souls meaning they have connections with Terra and the song. They might be attempting to finish off humanity and collect what souls that are left recruiting humans and giving them shadow powers for the exchange or human souls.
it also has aloot of lore about the death and what happens when yo udie of the soil bweing eaten by the worms and you can understand more by checking mroe of the creators games
All I know is Terra and Moon people came to earth Terra like earth Terra can MOLD earth Terra sees Human being Humans Terra writes song Terra sings song Terra dies as a price to sing song??? My theory is The Song Is A Actual song that is sung is then followed by events predicted in the song, but as a price, you lay your life down for good, So when the sapling in the Reservoir couldn't grow, it's the only Sapling that didn't grow as it didn't get exposed to the sun, also Mana came from the moon as in the Lunarian City, One of the NPCs says the material from the moon makes this city, and why the adventures can sense strong mana there, also maybe some of the Humans became the Daemons due to the song?
The song part actually kinda sounds right, when you go down into the "Embrace" there is someone singing a song, or rather humming. But the cost to die seems very unlikely as a voice that sounds lik singing is down in the embrace so if i am correct ,Terra is not dead ,if my theory is correct Terra is down somewhere inside of the Embrace, singing or humming, and if i am correct then if Terra becomes a boss for this game we are likely fighting her down in the embrace.

If you look in an area by the wolves den, you can actually find a cello next to a lunarian. Go check it out for more info 👀

I am gonna beat up terra
Wait she's already dead
i agree but it is said by erosion (one of the npcs in the lunarite city) that it was played on the chello
There are multiple songs, so Terra might be still alive.
And not dead because of the song.
The lore is so interesting but it stopped such a waste to not continue it
wait Song? Is verdant moon connected to deepwoken?
