Not much here I'm particularly crazy about, but I always appreciate the unique ideas indie devs bring to the table that Triple A otherwise wouldn't have. Beautiful art direction nine times out of ten too.
No additional details to the upcoming 2024 Mario games, no DLC for Zelda Tears of the Kingdom, no GameCube Nintendo Switch Online service, no Silksong, no updating Nintendo Switch profiles of adding 50 titles to the Nintendo Switch Play Activity profiles instead of 20 titles, no Metroid Prime 4, L Direct I only said that because people in the live chat during the stream were asking for Mario and Zelda games, so that’s why I implied the listings related to the Nintendo Direct so don’t take it serious
I think that Outer Wilds being ported was one of the biggest announcements here. I'm glad that new people are going to be able to experience one of my favourite games of all time! And there wasn't anything here that looked bad, at least. All were creative and have passion behind them!

Yeah, I'll be getting Outer Wilds on physical too. Just put it on my Go and Steam Deck, but would love to have it on the Switch physically and on a portable that can play it longer. I'll be curious if the graphics will look exactly as they did in the trailer and what the frame rate will be. Should be at least 30 fps, hopefully higher; but definitely playable and enjoyable at a locked 30 or consistently around 30, especially on the smaller screen.
You are so right. Planet of Lana is such a underrated game. I also played and streamed the game by playing it from Game Pass and it was such a great game. I do hope there is a physical copy of this game
Looking forward for the February 2024 Direct. The last announcement of the segment would be either Mario Kart 9, a new Donkey Kong Country game or Metroid Prime 4.

I’m surprised that a lot of ppl don’t know the difference between Indie World and Nintendo Direct. Indie world talks about 3rd parties games so we are not going to see MarioKart9 or a Zelda Rise of the Dark Kingdom yeah I’m sure whoever made Super Barbie mega shopping mall will make something like Zelda games for us lol. Nintendo Direct features both Nintendo made games such as Mario, Zelda, Pokémon and other licensed Nintendo games and a mixed of 3rd parties games.

OUTER WILDS RELEASE DATE YEEEAAHHHHH
A new Team Ladybug game, that's nice news.
That was awesome about shantae advance coming to switch. I'm looking forward to the physical copy
Both the detective/mystery games are calling to me :)
On Your Tail looks pretty cool! I love investigation games so that's right up my alley!
And Backpack Hero seems fun! And looks very charming ❤
Many good and creative games in this, loved it!
Hopefully not like Nier Automata was supposed to be, because it was crap.
@@Daremodesu What does this have to do with Nier Automata?
I’m so happy Planet of Lana is coming to Switch!
Got to play the game on Game Pass earlier this year and it was a real treat!
Shantae and blade chimera look pretty fun, will be looking into those the most. How can I pass up shantae and badass Cyberpunk Alucard
Outer Wilds is one of the best games ever made and it’s finally on Switch.
The real silksong was the friends we made along the way
Wish for a Shantae physical release on GBA 🤞🏼
Limited run games already announced that months ago
@@politicalchannel66 wait what?
how come its not on Steam yet then?
@@politicalchannel66never will trust that company
Because it not done. It was in their showcase months ago. Way forward said without limited run it won't never happen. Look up limited run games 2023 e3
@@Blueflag04 then I guess you shouldn't play this game they funded it
1:48 Aww.. Look At How Cute And Innocent Shantae Looks In That Art Style 😍
This is easily my favourite Indie World they’ve ever done! I’m interested in over half the genes that were shown! Great stuff.
It's beautiful to see how games of all over the world get a spotlight on this
We'll have to see how it runs on switch, but Outer Wilds is one of the best games I've ever played. Seriously don't sleep on it. There's nothing else like it.
On Your Tail looks great
VIDEO STARTS 30 MINUTES IN.
Looking forward to Highland Song. That looks enjoyable
Holy crap! Outer Wilds finally! I had given up on seeing that one until Switch 2. And a Braid port? I wasn't expecting to hear about that game ever again. These are nice surprises even if there's still no word about Silksong.
I wasn't expecting this to start out with a new Shantae. On Your Tail is my most anticipated. Also have my eye on Blade Chimera and A highland song. Moonstone Island actually looks really sick, too.
Outer Wilds it's an experience! Highly recommended!!
Dude easily the best indie world in YEARS. Outer wilds, shantae, corr keeper looks amazing, i straight up bought howl and backback hero already, and death trick is so fun already. Nice job on this one guys!
I was hoping Shantae Advance: Risky Revolution would be here, even though I thought it was kind of a slim chance, but it IS HERE!
Blade Chimera just oozes Symphony of the Night inspirations, and I am all for it!
Fun showcase of games! The highlands one has me tempted.
@@user-jl7xj5iz9k idk if you’re joking or not
@@user-jl7xj5iz9k don't blame the direct for your inability to read.
@@user-jl7xj5iz9kthose aren't indie games, and I cannot tell if this is satire
Yes
@@ww草 Let me guess, hollow knight fan? You know where the clown make-up is.
Outer Wilds, people. **OUTER WILDS!**
I NEED THIS TRACK SO BAAD 49:26
Lots of very important games ❤
For non hollow knight fans out there getting fed up with people from our fandom begging for silksong
I'd like to sincerely apologize for their behavior 🥲
Not all hollow knight fans are like that
Nobody but you has ever thought even for a second about the Hollow Knight fandom.
I'll concede and admit I was among those hoping for Silksong, but I would have also settled for Crowsworn.
On another note, I wish my GF was still alive. I get the feeling she would have loved A Highland Song.
@@AzureMoebius22 I'm sorry for your loss. I hope that you enjoy the game, and that it brings you some good feelings and memories.
We want Silksong
The highlight of the video is the vacation rat tshirt.
The chat was toxic, as always.
If I had a coin for each time....
Passpartout 2 looks interesting. I also hope Josh's Gaming Garden covers Moonstone Island.
Wow, Silksong looks even better than I expected it to! I can’t believe they finally released it after all these years!
