Would love to see a smoked turkey sandwich or panini that uses the baconnaise and maybe some fig jam. I combined these two with some store bought deli turkey and Muenster and it’s pretty darned good. Love chef Tom and all of his recipes!

When you grill a jalapeño and get it black don’t get ride of the skin cause that black skin is flavor it gives your jalapeños a nice char flavor
Like anytime you roast a vegetable leave the char skin on its give your vegetable so much more flavor and a great char flavor
