As someone who really never knew what to do with tofu until I started watching videos by you and others I appreciate this. I previously thought that tofu got firmer when you cooked it and that it'd then be "done" this is so helpful. Also as someone who has wanted to finish a marathon for decades I applaud your efforts. And I admire your tenacity.

I saw this recipe from another vegan channel that used smoked tofu. I was not able to find any near me. Do you make anything using smoked tofu?
That's really hurtful. To not be believed when I express my limitations. I am literally disabled. I can't run a marathon. I don't need to be told I can, because running isn't what make me valuable.
What rice is that? Wild rice? Brown rice?
