The trick to modify the 86 Honda is deck the cylinder. It brings the compression up to cr250 motor, now it ready for race fuel. Also upgrade to keihin 38 flat slide carburetor. Add header now the Honda is race ready.
Yes and no, i bailed and I am sending the engine out. I will have the chassis back on the lift very soon for bushings and bearings, clean and paint to be ready for the engine to return.
When I put new axle bearings in my 200X last summer I used anti-seize on the spacer and axle to prevent the problem you mentioned. Any news on the Quadracer?
Id definitely call that a success. Now the machine is that much safer.

The wiring says its 2 wires and the factory switch show on and off.. this may be a different bulb
