It was so very nice of you to go back and rescue the Bunny. I am unsure whether I want the owner to claim her. You have taken such sweet care of her. I can see why you and Sara from Yarnmugs are friends, you are both so kind and caring. I am looking forward to April vlogs! Thank you Ali, see you soon.
Dearest Ali, I love your planning on saving toys , puzzles, and just special things for your family in future generations! What a blessing. I have an old baby doll saved from when I was a child, and my girls played with her and now she sits on an old wooden chair, sharing everyday moments with me . Such a blessing ! I love that you rescued the bunny! She is adorable ! Can't wait to hear more of her story if you find her previous family or if she will stay with yours ! Bless you ! Lots of love from my home to yours!🏠❤️🏠🐰
We kept some of our daughter’s toys (they even moved house with us) and now we have a granddaughter she is enjoying them. It’s lovely to be able to bring out different things as she gets older. Now she is nearly five she is loving playing with a shoebox of Polly Pocket toys that we kept 😊
Oh Ali, I’m so glad you saved that sweet bunny! (I would have done the same thing!) There’s a part of my child-heart that believes that stuffed toys have hearts that contain the love of the child that loved them. So I can’t bear to see them discarded. I agree with you that although he’s pink, he’s definitely a boy.
Rescue Bunny and Victoria Plum :-) Had a Victoria Plum pencil tin when I was about ten, which I loved. Was crestfallen when it, along with my school briefcase, was stolen when our car was broken into. Your vlogs are such a tonic, Ali. Enjoy your break from them before the April feast!
Ahhhh, love that sweet pink Bunny! So nice you found her,, "Not my bunny"🐰🐰 Gosh,,I would be buying books too,,,our thrift shops are not great with books,,,at least the ones near me,,, See u soon, Looking forward to the wool show,,,vlog,,, Elaine 🌷🌷🐇🐇 Elaine
Your little rescued bunny is just in time for Easter and reminds me of the story of the Velveteen Rabbit. Thank you for showing your book haul, because I seem to get all my “next read” ideas from you and have enjoyed them all. Loved seeing the old toys and I am looking forward to April vlogs. Yay!!🎉
The bunny looks a bit like my grandson's bunny that he's had from a baby it's a 'Jellycat' soft toy. Actually he has two one large and one small. The other grandson has a monkey as his cuddly. Well done for going back to rescue it. Great haul of books. Lisa Jewell is one of my favourite authors. I saw her at a book signing 5 or 6 years ago and I've been a fan ever since. It's lovely to save some toys from your childhood. Most of mine got 'lost' in a house move but I kept my Sindy doll and the furniture I had for her. Although I never allowed my daughter to play with them so they are in pristine condition in the loft!
You have to keep us updated on the wee Bunny. Love your decluttering segments. I've moved so often that I probably have given away most of my childhood toys. Might keep a few items from my twins now though. Can't wait for you April Daily's.
I love books, I volunteer in a local community library so have access to whatever is in the system. I also have Prime Reading and borrow box. I am surrounded by crafts but always find time to read.
Ali, you have such a big sift squishy heart. How many people walked past Pinky and didn’t even notice her/him, let alone bathe, de-stain and care for them. I’m sure his/her heart is happy that they’re in a safe, warm home. Decluttering is soooooo hard, especially with a soft squishy heart. Sentimentality is the bane of declutterers. We moved from a 4 bed 2 storey home to a condo (owned apt to Brits 🤣) - you can imagine the amount of decluttering and heartbreak went into that! It will feel great when it’s done, promise. Take pictures of things that you care about, but have to go, so you’ve got a visual reminder. And remember, it’s not the stuff itself, it’s the ‘feels’ that the stuff invokes. Good luck my friend 🤗🤗🤗
Thank you Isabel, this is such good advice! You are right of course, it's the feelings, not the items themselves - taking photos is a really great idea! Thanks for that. I hope you are enjoying life in your new condo! xx
You found some great books along with the sweet bunny. I'm so glad that the 2 puzzles still have all their pieces. Your family has taken good care of them. I'm so looking forward to April vlogs!
Thank you for rescuing the pink bunny! My top tip for removing any sticky label is a quick blast with a hot hairdryer. I use it to take labels off cardboard envelopes from Amazon if I need to reuse them but it works on any sticky labels. 😃
So sweet of you to rescue the bunny. Please keep us updated if they're rescued. What bargains at the charity shop. I live near a library that people donate books to and they're given away for free, I used to volunteer there. I went in this week and found sorrow and bliss that you mentioned and picked it up. So that free book was my bargain. I'm looking forward to checking it out and donating back when finished!
Oh bless little bunny. He or she should now become your Easter bunny and be brought out each Easter to sit with all your other decorations. We still have a few toys that belonged to me and I am old enough to be your mother 🙈😂 it’s so lovely to have these treasures. But I do love a good declutter. Fabulous April vlogs - countdown is on…… X
That bunny looks soooooo soft and lovely pale pink, lucky Bunny to be rescued by a kind person! So looking forward to your April visits! 🐰🥰 Hugs, Suze. Xxx
oh how sweet was the bunny rescue! i found it really relaxing watching you do those old jigsaws. I had a Snowman (Raymond Briggs) one that I used to do all the time but i dont think thats around any longer. Lovely to ave those treaures to pass on to the grandkids.
I love your little jigsaws, I would keep them too. It feels so good to have a good sort out and declutter, like a breath of fresh air through the house. I am most certain your little bunny is very happy you found her and rescued her from those nasty brambles x
That was so kind of you to rescue bunny and if the owner isn’t found then bunny has come to a lovely home. You always seem to find some great books and I look forward to your reviews. I had two boys, now in their 40’s, and their children have loved playing with their Fisher Price garage that we kept. I also still have my Spirograph that is over 60 years old!!
Ali I think you need to write a children’s story about pink bunny, how they became lost, saved and then goes on walking adventures, then you may become a world renowned children’s author 😊
I LOVE that you rescued the bunny. I've read I Found You, and it was really good. You are so blessed to be able to walk to town. I'd love to live in a place like that.
It's so nice of you to rescue someone's lost stuffed animal and make the effort to locate the owner!!! Great feeling to donate old toys and decluttering!!! I finished your recommended book Miss Benson's Beetle and liked it very much- an unusual story for sure! Thanks for the new recommendations Ali!
Love your videos. I am now half way through the book Perfect by Rachel Joyce that you talked about in a previous video. It is a very good book, as I am having a hard time putting it down to get other things done. I really enjoy the book segments in your videos as well.
Cute bunny! I think he should stay with you 😊. I kept quite a few of our children’s toys which I am pleased to say our grandchildren do now play with. ❤
Lovely to see you again, love your book selections, you never know when you’ll find a really good book! Bunny was meant to be yours, I think he was waiting for you to rescue him, or her!
What a lovely selection of books. I've read the Readers of Broken Wheel and rather enjoyed it. I think the Christmas Train has been made into a film. I have just finished listening to the audio book of Miss Benson's Beetle after you mentioned it. What a wonderful narrator in Juliet Stevenson, she really bought the book alive didn't she. An intense listen and one that will stay in my mind. I have read Eleanor Oliphant too another fascinating book. Well done for your rescue if little bunny. What a transformation, so pink, clean and fluffy now. I hope it can be reunited with it's owner. As it was near a busy road and so far in the bush, I can't help wondering if it had been thrown out of a car window? Looking forward to April vlogs very much 😊
I am so glad you enjoyed Miss Benson's Beetle, I totally agree with you about Juliet Stevenson, she really brought those characters to life ("beg pardon?") I am wondering if the bunny may have been in the road and maybe thrown into the bushes by school kids as it's a main route for schools. We've popped a note on the local Facebook page but if nobody comes forward he/she will have a happy home here 💕
Ali, Destiny said you should name the bunny Brambles since you found it in the bramble bushes. Also, The Readers of Broken Wheel Recommend is a great book!
Looking forward to your April Vlogs. Remember that fostering/adopting Bramble Bunnies can be time consuming .. they need lots of new amigurumi friends!
Rescue Bunny looks so much better! You did a great job cleaning her up. Since the bunny is pink, I am calling "her", but really it doesn't matter, right?😉
What a cute little Bunny, you rescued him just before Easter, great find! Sounds like some awesome stories in those books! Lovely puzzles, nice memory to keep things from your childhood, I treasure mine too! Nice video, I enjoyed watching!
What a fun little vlog, I may have to check out some of those books you mentioned! I loved the bunny rescue, it's ears look so much better! I can't wait for April Vlogs! -Sarah
Enjoy this vlog can’t wait for April to start to watch daily vlogs 😊❤…. So nice to go back for the bunny I felt really sorry for it to be stuck in the thorns 😔 ….. now it’s so nice and new and clean 😊 …. All the books sound good I love how you include books into your videos …. Plus I hope you tell us what you thought of your audio Eleanor Oliphant is fine but no spoilers I just ordered the book 😂 …..📚💛📚
I loved reading both Elena Oliphan is Completely Fine and The Readers of Broken Wheel Recommend! I can't wait to hear what you think of them. Thanks for the booktube recommendation, I'll check it out. The bunny sure looks at home on your night stand. I had a little white bunny I slept with as a child/teen and we left it at home on accident one vacation and I could barely sleep. They are so comforting! I look forward to your April vlogs! Valerie
I know you like every day type vlogs and while the channel I'm about to suggest isn't exactly that, she does videos a couple of times a week about her life in the UK, she stays in Kent! She is Canadian and has been here about 7 years. She does some day trips, taste videos and sometimes just very random things. You might like her, I've watched her for a while and had 1 of her videos playing before yours. I've been meaning to recommended her for ages. Adventures and Naps. Her name is Alana.
The Christmas Train, fantastic film, on every Christmas. I can highly recommend it. Never read the book but I'm sure you will enjoy it, the plot is not at all what it seems ... that's all I'm saying! xx
What a nice podcast. Having a rainy day here in Central Pennsylvania but it’s always better when knitting and watching you Ali. I know you like books about walking, have you read “Lillian Boxfish Takes a Walk “? It’s one of my favorites. That bunny will have a lovely place in your home.
Thank you Becky! I have just been to Amazon to look that book up and read the first two chapters in the description, I love it! I am going to order that I think, thanks so much for the recommendation! 📚
Love the cute bunny you rescued and I think it’s a girlie one! I have toys in our loft that I played with as a child too and can’t bear to get rid of them! Will look forward to April vlogs now xx
I have just finished Eleanor Oliphant as a book on Borrowbox, will probably try to find it as a hard copy now as I loved it. Also got The family remains by Lisa Jewell on Borrowbox and finished it really quickly, it is nearly as good as The Family upstairs. I am retired so have lots of time to read. Watching you sorting toys brings back memories especially as my granddaughter is 17 in August. Really love your Vlogs must do more knitting soon. 😊
Hopefully you will get to keep bunny rescue! I would have done the same, but more likely not try to find the original owner... Enjoyed your puzzling too 😍 see you in April
Love the rescue. David Baldacci is well known in the USA for political,FBI thriller mysteries. The Christmas Train is a movie as many of his books. Super storytelling. My favorite of his is "Wishing Well which is somewhat autobiography based novel. Enjoy getting familiar with this writer. I thought The Readers of Broken Wheel was very clever plot and a good read.
Thanks so much Loretta! This is really interesting to hear. I will look forward to reading both, I may add a David Baldacci to my audio book list too! xx
Love that you rescued the Bunny , i rescued a Very Colourful Parrot in the pouring rain , we couldnt find his owner so we adopted him and called him Rainier , he now lives in my craft room , hope you find Pink Bunnys owner xxx
A real parrot?! Or a toy parrot?! Either way, I am glad he was rescued and has a new home 💕 When I was growing up a cocktail flew into our garden, he was exhausted so we fed him and kept him in an old cage borrowed from a neighbour. We tried everything to find his owners but never did. So we bought a huge cocktail palace, called him Jasper, and he lived with us (mostly flying free around the house) until he died many years later ❤️
He was a toy , 🤣 but when I was little my Nanna had a "rescue" parrot called Joey , my uncle who was a sailor rescued him from a market somewhere on his travels he lived happily with Nanna for years
I love a charity book shop buying spree. I’d buy a few more books from my village charity shop but I can guarantee a lot of the books on those shelves will have come straight from mine so I’d have to go elsewhere. Funnily enough, I was watching a video from one of my favourite booktube channels (BooksNest) talk about The Bookshop of Broken Wheels just this morning and whilst she didn’t like it much, the fact I’ve now heard about this book twice in one day means this is a book I need to find and read as well.
Hi I’m a new subscriber and found your channel through the channel What Victoria Read, a channel which I also thoroughly enjoy. Looking forward to catching up on your previous videos
Oh thank you! I have recently discovered Victoria through one of my lovely subscribers, Jo, too! Now working my way through older videos and thoroughly enjoying them 🤗📖
What an adorable bunny!! I had a teddy bear that is with my grandsons. They don't play with it anymore and I am tempted to bring him home. The books you found sound very interesting. I just took a load of books in to the used book store but didn't pick any up as I am decluttering myself. Looking forward to April vlogs!
It's been nice to go down childhood memory lane with you and the bunny rescue just melt my heart 🐇🥰 you're such a genuinely sweet person, it's a fortune to be able to see these kind of things in life that really makes it wonderful ❤ Btw the house buinding toy is actually italian😉 I'm wandering about its journey and how it ended up in the UK..
Hi Ali. I've come across a newish channel called Slow Life Stories. As I was watching it, I thought of you. It's not crafty, but I know you will like the relaxed style. I'm looking forward to the April vlogs x
I kept our children's toys for grandchildren too but at 25 & 26 they declared that neither are having children so I've passed them onto my brother for his young family....x
I do hope the rescued bunny gets reunited with his/her owner. If not it does have a loving home. I just wondered what would Not my Cat think. ( are they replacing me) 😅😅😅
It was so very nice of you to go back and rescue the Bunny. I am unsure whether I want the owner to claim her. You have taken such sweet care of her. I can see why you and Sara from Yarnmugs are friends, you are both so kind and caring. I am looking forward to April vlogs! Thank you Ali, see you soon.
Thank you so much Denise ❤️ We've popped a note up on our local Facebook page, but I am kind of hoping nobody claims Bramble Bunny! x
Reminds me of the Aunt Dimity book series and the adult character’s,, Lori, own pink bunny.
Ali in your busy life you take time to rescue Bunny ❤ that is the warm kind human you are ❤ not only that but share it with us all to enjoy thank you🥰
I just love that you saw the worth in that bunny ❤ It makes my heart smile ❤
We kept some of our daughter’s toys (they even moved house with us) and now we have a granddaughter she is enjoying them. It’s lovely to be able to bring out different things as she gets older. Now she is nearly five she is loving playing with a shoebox of Polly Pocket toys that we kept 😊
I Love that you rescued that bunny. You have such a good heart. ❤
Pink bunny is adorable and very happy now, I suspect! 💜
Oh Ali, I’m so glad you saved that sweet bunny! (I would have done the same thing!) Rescue Bunny and Victoria Plum :-) Had a Victoria Plum pencil tin when I was about ten, which I loved. Was crestfallen when it, along with my school briefcase, was stolen when our car was broken into. Your vlogs are such a tonic, Ali. Enjoy your break from them before the April feast!
I would frame the both rainbow bright puzzle and the other. It brought back memories I had a big stuffed rainbow bright.
What a precious bunny makeover and rescue ❤
I liked how you talked yourself into keeping the Rainbow Brite jigsaw 😊
Ahhhh, love that sweet pink Bunny!
So nice you found her,,
"Not my bunny"🐰🐰
Gosh,,I would be buying books too,,,our thrift shops are not great with books,,,at least the ones near me,,,

Woohoo, April vlogs! I cannot wait to spend the month with you 💕
Yay! A whole month of VLOGS to come.
Ooh I’ve read the Lisa Jewel and the David Baldacci books and enjoyed them both!

Thanks so much for this tip Sue! I am going to try that right now! 😃
So sweet of you to rescue the bunny. Please keep us updated if they're rescued. What bargains at the charity shop. I used to love rainbow brite and Victoria plum so lovely that you have kept them x
See you in April! Hurrah 😊
I love Lisa jewell she's my favourite author I found you is amazing you will love it its a page turner
You could make those jigsaws into a memory picture x
Lovely video, the rescued bunny looks great. Glad you are enjoying WhatVictoriaRead's videos x
Thank you Jo! 😊 I am so pleased you recommended her to me, I hopped across just to have a little look and ended up watching about 10 in one go 😁 xx
I hope you find Bunny's person! I'm so glad you rescued them! I know how heartbroken my little boy would be if he lost Foxy x
Thanks Stephy! I have popped a note up on Facebook so hopefully he'll be reunited with his owner, if not he will have a lovely home with us 💕
You missed your vlog last week, and we missed you so much! Such good news though that you are doing April vlogs 🎉👏🏻

oh how sweet was the bunny rescue! i found it really relaxing watching you do those old jigsaws. I had a Snowman (Raymond Briggs) one that I used to do all the time but i dont think thats around any longer. Lovely to ave those treaures to pass on to the grandkids.
I LOVE the Snowman illustrations, they are just beautiful ⛄️

I absolutely love how you capture the most beautiful foliage on your walks! It's stunning!

The Christmas Train is also a very good Christmas movie! ❤
Thanks! Just an extra hug and perhaps a wee cake. 🤗
This is so utterly lovely of you Isabel, thank you so much for your support! It means so much, and I promise to use some for cake! 🍰 😁xx
@@ThisLittleWonderfulLife You really do add so much to my life, even virtually as we are ❤️🤗
Lucky bunny 🫶🏻 x

Ooo thank you so much Victoria! I have been really enjoying yours after one of my lovely subscribers - Jo - mentioned you 📚xx
Love the Bunny rescue!!! your book choices are outstanding
Aw, thanks! Lucky finds in the charity shop, someone must have had a good clear out! xx

Eleanor O is a brilliant book - hope you enjoy it! xx
I LOVED it! What a great character and story 🤗
The rescued bunny should be known as “Not My Bunny”. Just like the cat. ❤
Ali I think you need to write a children’s story about pink bunny, how they became lost, saved and then goes on walking adventures, then you may become a world renowned children’s author 😊
😁 And then sell the rights to Hollywood and live in a mansion decorated in crochet things! 💭
I LOVE that you rescued the bunny. I've read I Found You, and it was really good. You are so blessed to be able to walk to town. I'd love to live in a place like that.
Have a wonderful break and see you for April Vlogs ! What a gorgeous bunny and so sweet of you ❤
It's so nice of you to rescue someone's lost stuffed animal and make the effort to locate the owner!!! Great feeling to donate old toys and decluttering!!! I finished your recommended book Miss Benson's Beetle and liked it very much- an unusual story for sure! Thanks for the new recommendations Ali!

Ali, Destiny said you should name the bunny Brambles since you found it in the bramble bushes. Also, The Readers of Broken Wheel Recommend is a great book!
Thanks Lennette! Great minds think alike as we named her/him Bramble! No owners have come forward to claim him....kind of happy about that! x
Looking forward to your April Vlogs. Remember that fostering/adopting Bramble Bunnies can be time consuming .. they need lots of new amigurumi friends!
A Bramble Bunny is for life not just for...um...March...😁 He/she will definitely need some crocheted clothing if they stay with us!
Loved the footage from the walk. Glad you rescued that poor bunny, and with Easter just around the corner too. Can't wait for April vlogs

You gave the bunny a new life!! So nice!🐇
Thanks Clare! I loved it too, I was quite upset when it finished as I missed Eleanor! xx
Hopefully you will get to keep bunny rescue! I would have done the same, but more likely not try to find the original owner... Enjoyed your puzzling too 😍 see you in April
I hope so too! x
He was a toy , 🤣 but when I was little my Nanna had a "rescue" parrot called Joey , my uncle who was a sailor rescued him from a market somewhere on his travels he lived happily with Nanna for years
SO looking forward to daily posts in April!! I do hope you find the owner of the bear!!!
In process cleaning and declutter it the bathroom. Doing the vanity tomorrow and will dump.
Looking forward to the April vlogs! You’re so lovely to rescue that bunny. Now going to have a look at your books. Thankyou Ali! ❤
It's been nice to go down childhood memory lane with you and the bunny rescue just melt my heart 🐇🥰 you're such a genuinely sweet person, it's a fortune to be able to see these kind of things in life that really makes it wonderful ❤
Btw the house buinding toy is actually italian😉 I'm wandering about its journey and how it ended up in the UK..
🤗 Thank you so much! xx
So nice to rescue a lost bunny. 👍
Hi Ali. I've come across a newish channel called Slow Life Stories. As I was watching it, I thought of you. It's not crafty, but I know you will like the relaxed style. I'm looking forward to the April vlogs x
Just popped over for a quick look - what a beautiful channel! I will definitely be watching more of her videos, thanks for the recommendation 💕
I absolutely loved Elinor Oliphant is completely fine !
So did I! What a an absolutely lovely story and wonderfully strange main character, I gave it 5 stars ✨
I kept our children's toys for grandchildren too but at 25 & 26 they declared that neither are having children so I've passed them onto my brother for his young family....x
Sturdy bunny. Jelly cat should sponsre the video if it’s jelly cat.
Love love love your channels ❤
My grandson lost his frog soft toy I had to replace him.xxxx🐝🐝🐝
Baldacci is a favorite writes excellent suspense stories
Maybe leave a waterproof note by where you found the bunny, in case the owners are trying to retrace their steps 🤔💕
I do hope the rescued bunny gets reunited with his/her owner. If not it does have a loving home. I just wondered what would Not my Cat think. ( are they replacing me) 😅😅😅
Haha, Mia (not our cat) would probably just sleep on top of it 😄
