The prayer call which is called Azan... IS recited from one mosque and prodcasted on radio and each other mosque receives the Azan and connect it the loud speakers of the mosque. Aperson on each mosque is responsible for the process of reception and reprocasting on loud speakers.

It is a common mistake here in the middle east for people to say sixty while meaning sixteen or say thirteen while meaning thirty, they absolutely weren't trying to see if they can make any extra bucks. In general, people in Jordan are honest about the prices, as a local Jordanian would have bought that jacket for the same price. However, that may not change the fact that Jordan "normally" is a very expensive country comparing to other countries in the middle east.

Generally speaking, imported goods in Jordan are expensive... Huge customs and tax... You bring a used car from Korea for 500 JDs... But when you add custom and tax... It will become 5000 JDs

29 JDs.... is really expensive particularly because your dish is made with chicken not with meat... Meat is about 3 to 4 times more expensive in Jordan

Very disrespectful, step on to mosque and compare it to something else, calling shop keepers thieves, and climbing historical stones and asking for helath and safety. You've to appreciate the things you see my brother and respect the people otherwise stay in your country.
