Senior Chief John Quinn, author of Someone Like Me - An Unlikely Story of Challenge and Triumph Over Cerebral Palsy, gives his retirement speech onboard the USS John C. Stennis (CVN 74) 08 Aug 2002. John was born with cerebral palsy, unable to walk until age 4, and kept his condition secret in order to serve 20 years in the Navy.
