While this may be true, I feel that Rick's greatest fear is losing what he has made, like his connection with his family, and yeah he can make clones who don't know they are clones but he knows they are clones, and that would make him struggle to rebuild his connection with them.

I think only C-137 actually cared about the ones he loved. He was the Rick-est Rick, after all, and spent his entier life hunting down the one rick that killed his Daughter and Wife, then settled down with an abandoned Beth, and genuinly loves his Morty
No. Rick is really egocentric and when he saw that there were people that were smarter than him in other universes, he built a "wall" to separate himself from these people
@@texugo_branco we can't confirm that was c-137. All we know know is that he designed the citadel. But its clear via insinuation that c-137 was meant to be included as part of a system, but rejected it. Meaning, although he didnt create the wall, he still knew about it AFTERWARDS and just left it alone.
Firstly, this is more of a dramatic song, not an action song. Secondly, I feel like Rick would win a direct fight with Evil Morty. In general, Ricks are stronger and better at direct combat than Morties -- if there was a possibility for Morties to overpower Ricks in direct combat, Evil Morty might have tried that, but he knew that the only thing that could beat a Rick was more Ricks. Ricks know this -- hence how Evil Morty won his election. His final words during the speeches, ''you're outnumbered'', show how good he is at manipulation. If there is one thing that Rick fears, it's himself. Rick always wants to be on the winning side, but that side is usually Rick's side. So in their logic, the winning side is the side with more Ricks on them -- by implanting the thought that more Ricks are on his side, Evil Morty made enough Ricks doubt themselves that, wether they were for or against him, they acted like they were for him and voted in order for him to become leader. This, is how I think Evil Morty plans to get back at Rick C-137 for, if *nothing* else (ominous emphasis on the 'if', despite the 'nothing being emboldened because fuck you), ruining his plans in his Morty torturing citadel.
I would love to see Rick vs. Evil Morty, if the theories regarding Evil Morty being c-137 Rick's original Morty are true. It would be perfectly fitting!
If literally anything is true, it’s that Morty is now the polar opposite of Evil Morty. Evil Morty saw most Ricks at face value: selfish, destructive, abusive asses that cradled themselves in a walled-off infinity and treated Mortys like expendable objects, unafflicted by any consequence to their actions as they kill and destroy across a multiverse they see as little more than their playground. Our Morty now fully understands Rick C-137 for what he truly is: A jaded, depressed old man that had everything he loved unfairly taken from him, and has lost sense of what does and doesn’t have worth in his infinite journey across the multiverse, a man that tells himself that nothing matters only because everything that ever mattered to him was violently stolen.

@@seanfinch7856 That's fucking incredible! I haven't seen S5 yet but the fact they actually acknowledged this video is amazing
bro predicted the future 😭
The absolute slaughter of nearly every Rick and Morty was crazy to see. The blenders though... that shit made me feel so sick to my stomach! It was such an amazing episode though, one of my favourites by far. I feel like the turn it took was so unexpected like I knew shit was gonna be bad but I did NOT expect that ending!
Chef's kiss MWAH loved it!😂❤
An impressive and under-appreciated remix.
Not so under-appreciated now that they used it for the Season 5 finale.
This hits different after the season 5 finale
can’t believe golden Freddy would do this
Imagine in the end of season 5 Morty damages his eye
and this song starts playing and then he picks up an eyepatch
Not totally ri8 but it was the song playing at the end of season 5 and was fucking epic!!
@@arko5959 ikr i loved it
*This song gave me a goosebump, I mean, listen to those choir*
Best one of these so far. Love it.
This seems like a good time for a drink and a cold calculated speech with sinister overtones.
A speech about politics, about Order, Brotherhood, Power.
But speeches are for campaigning.
Now is the time for action.
A well deserved drink after winning an election by a... Blow-out!
@@mattdarrock666 it almost triggered a recount
@@LeonardTheWizard Jesus! What are you? Joke security now too?
amazing how a simple combination of notes and instrumentals can just make you feel something inexplicable, the music is beautiful.
When we realized that Obama and dream wasnt the vilain, it was Patrick who planned everything
Best villain score ever. This should win an Emmy!
this is so good! the synths you used for the choir was so realistic too. ♥️
"That's what makes me evil... Being sick of him"
Just gotta point out to everyone saying this was on the show, it wasn't, the finale just used a SIMILAR remaster.
who said that.
@@youtubepooppismo5284 Just sort comments by new,a couple of people who came from season 5 stated that the music comes from this video
To anyone who watched the season finale, don't worry, Evil Morty will come back.
*He always comes back*
"-And what are you doing about it ?
- Jack shit, i'm leaving"
So cool that they used your remix in the finale!
Yeah but did they get permission is the big question.
They didn't use it, so they didn't need permission for anything. The original band made the cover heard in the finale.
@@Tonxey Are you sure? This came out years ago but sounds exactly like the finale version. And I can't find any other Blonde Redhead covers that are anything like it
@@JBJFX I'm sure. It was produced specially for the show, which is why you can't find it (yet). Check Ryan Elder's Twitter.
@@Tonxey That's interesting, considering how similar they sound. I wonder if the show's musical talent were inspired by this version
I love how all these comments are either 3 years old, or 2-3 days old. I just finished the series and holy fuck, did it deliver.
0:38 I wasn’t ready for this
The creators seriously need to use this in the show it would be such a missed opportunity if they didn’t
Hello me from the future season 5 just concluded and if you see the finale a special surprise awaits you!!
And use it they fucking did
He's back.....
ForestWolf exploration run
he'll come back. He always comes back
"There, now you're evil Morty too, sooner or later we all are, on this side of the curve..."
"My teacher reading my essay on solving world hunger"
This give me chills, and I love it
This man predicted the fucking future
"Tonight, I do that thing that I want to do, with the curve thing"
This theme screams "The antagonist won, deal with it"
Holy shit that's the best cover of this theme I've ever heard ! I hope you'll be better known later

Citadel officer: we found him, and his morty. Should we engage?
EvilMorty: i want to do this alone
C-officer: understood
*evil morty opens a portal and steps in it, then he arrives at one of Rick and mortys adventures*
Evil-morty: c137.
*rick and morty turns around*
Rick: who are *burp* you?
E-morty: I am someone who got left behind by a Rick.
Rick: and?
E-morty: do the dimension c236 ring a bell
*rick is looking scared*
Rick: that morty died, and for a good cause.
E-morty: no he didn’t and he will get his revenge.
*e-morty shoots morty*
Rick: NOO! Why? You have problems with me! Not with him leave my family out of this!
*evil morty chuckles*
E-morty: Ricks can feel two types of emotions, fear and sadness. You have felt sadness like when your little girlfriend unity left you, by the way, i killed her. Took me some time. You feel sadness now. Because your second morty died. But you have also felt fear, like when you left a morty behind because he was getting smarter than you. You feel fear now. Because that morty has returned

YOU HAVE THE BEST SCENE EVER of evil morty
I wasn't expecting this 10/10!!
Does this score make anyone else kinda teary? It's just so grand
Now, for real this time. This is the proper one, but I came here from Season 5 finale. I am going to say this again and again... *THAT'S THE MOST BADASS SHIT I'VE EVER SEEN.* What a finale! Who's with me?
Yep, bro! Fantastic finale!
Hell yes and he wasn’t even evil either, for all we know a new morty is just gonna replace him and the curve will be rebuild by timeline alters again as the wall he broke out of rebuilds. Maybe our morty will go through a phase and rick has to change the ways of the whole complex system of multiverses and every timeline as well as confess how much he cares about morty deep inside. In order to bring him back to the protagonist morty!

Honestly, it's been about... 4 months since the season 5 finale, and i still remember seeing when it came out, my mouth wide open and just the epicness of the whole thing, probably one of my most emotional times watching a show.
