The "Halleleluja" voice in the chorus section is actually a real female vocal lament sample recorded by the company Spectrasonics and is available on their "Symphony of Voices" sample CDs. (Spectrasonics is a company that makes awesome synth and keyboard related software products such as Omnisphere etc.) Flake programmed the vocal sample on his keyboard and while he plays it live, Richard and Paul add their melodic vocals an octave lower just to add some depth and texture to it. Hopefully that explains :)

Thank you for the explanation. Yup, I'm very well aware of Spectrasonics. :) Heh, it's funny you mention Omnisphere. I actually used that in the past. I completely forgot about it, LoL! Thank you for reminding me. Amazing synth.

@@xsezz Flake used Omnisphere all over their latest album as well. By the way the high female vocals in Sonne are also Spectrasonics samples - Laments 7-10 from the same "Symphony of Voices" collection. Have a listen: ua-cam.com/video/cFENsdx4Bk4/v-deo.html

@@raunopellaofficial I can see why, it's a great synth. Yeah, I've heard that voice pack. :) It was brought up on my stream before. Really nice pack though, I love all the samples in it. Thank you for the link, though. :)

Rammstein released the song on the single to the song Links 2 3 4. Shortly before, church officials still criticized Rammstein for the cover of the "Mutter" album. For me, the song was the perfect reaction by Rammstein at that time.

Yeah, it makes sense, LoL! Didn't Jesus even say: "Though without sin, should cast the first stone."? You would think they'd learn from it...

i like this song because of the lyrics! after Halleluja you should listen to "zeig dich"! also with subtitles. "zeig dich" is even more obviously critical and, as always, a great song ;-)

Another awesome Rammstein reaction! Please, keep up the great work. May I suggest your Rammstein reaction be Rammstein: Paris - Making of. It’s in interesting insight in the work behind the scenes for their live shows to be as successful as they are. Also, the Rammstein in America Documentary. Wild tour stories of the early years and their time together before officially creating Rammstein.

Somewhere in the first few rows I am totally freaking out resulting in neck pain for a week. No regrets :D Rammstein never disappoints. The videos are fun to watch but nothing compared to attending a show. I expect you to see the them live asap and share some of your impressions with us ;)

Great reaction! Again, a song I'm really conflicted about, since the subject matter is so dark but the song is so god damn cool! 😅
I think it's Paul and Richard singing themselves, and that it's "supposed" to sound like young choir boys singing.. Iffy :p

    • @sanni4368
      @sanni4368 3 роки тому +1

I think it's a sample that Flake plays and they just sing along with it, I occasionally hear their deeper voices in the chorus

As for the "excuses" the priests (or for any other institutional situation, really) may have - there obviously isn't any. This is by definition inexcusable. But what we can see (and which I personally also interpret from the lyrics; "he has remained without a wife", "so he must love his neighbour" ) is what happens when an institution decides on and enforces celibacy on its members. You see it in the Catholic church, you see it in prisons, and you'll probably find it elsewhere as well. I think this is a practice that does more harm than good, and should 100% be a personal choice, not an institutional demand. It will eventually drive the weaker men/women to cheat the rules/find easy victims, and behave like animals.
This is in no way me trying to excuse any who do such, but I do think it's something that lies buried in the human behavior. I also don't want to implicit all the good men and women NOT behaving as such, I do know that it's a minority that "falls victim to their own behaviour". They're enough to see a pattern here though, and something should be done about that.
*taking my political hat of again*
    =)

but also happen in others creeds ,what terrifies me is the lobby gay inside de catholic church , being catholic myself is hard to keep the faith is hard , this kinds of things make me really sick. what happened in Germany ( google : colonne Kids abuse orphans ) that came to light few months ago ! disgusting , I really love how Rammstein besides the music etc make think and never forget with some lyrics.

Agreed with you 100%. Forced celibacy is weird... and it can turn into predatory action, as you mentioned. Then again, when it comes to religion... it's a whole other can of worms.

@@xsezz the celibacy began in the middle age was very usual until then that priest, monks or wherever had families living in the convent or near . they owned lands in the name of the catholic church but they were for their them ,. They had also boys or girls sex parties i don´t remeber the Pope name ... said celibacy for all... always reality is wilder than the lyrics .
