@Ryan Carlson Thanks a lot for the very helpful videos. I got 2 Gen set with EasyGen 3000 series controller...both Gen sets (1200KVA & 600KVA) Run on the Load demand setting. 1200KVA runs 1st and the small Gen set kicks in when the load is below 300Kw. When the load is above 300Kw the small Gen set handover it to the big Gen set. The problem I am facing now is: during the weekend the load various b/n 300Kw and 290kw so both Gen set interchange so frequency causing GCB's parts to go defective. I wanted to lower the 600KVA LD setting below 270Kw, could you please kindly advise how I could do that? Thanks,
Im not sure if it's only on my end, but your video does not display properly. It pauses and you get audio only, then a green static on the screen. Thanks.
I have three generators and two are not working.. so now I want to run only one generator .... how do I change the settings to allow only generator to run solo... so that it can send a signal GGB to close since other two are out of service... at moment it does not close the GGB cause other controller/generators are not in service
You need to change the number of units to 1 instead of three. Also remember to lockout any breaker of a generator out of service. Or you can just place the controller of the out of service gens into stop
I am trying to set a static load on a 1 generator while the other generator takes the reactive load of the grid. I am needing to do a test and having a constantly changing load is making it hard to test. Each generator is being controled by its own easygen 3200. Can you help?
