    I want to teach in UAE so I can experience more life, travel, and save money to bring back to America. I would like the company specifically the school and principal to help me ease into the process as MUCH as possible. I would like where accommodations are already chosen and I don’t have to physically and mentally think about it

    While you don't always have a choice between receiving a housing allowance or housing accommodations, it's important to made an informed decision if you do. Were you given the option? If so, which did you choose?

    What a nice information you always provide ! I'm from Pakistan with a master degree in English and wish to move to Dubai for teaching , but before I visit the land of dreams (Dubai ) , I'd like to have your kind suggestions if it's possible.

    • @clearingthechaos7451

      Yes, it is possible. I suggest that you find a reputable recruiter or begin sending your CV directly to principals of the schools where you are interested in teaching. Decide which curricula best aligns with your teaching methods and experience to increase your chances.
      CAUTION - Do not and I repeat do not pay any money for visa processing fees, transportation, etc. These are the responsibility of the school not the employee. Earlier this year, I was made aware of a scam affecting educators in Egypt, India, Pakistan, and the Philippines where they were issued a "job offer" and asked to pay fees upfront to be reimbursed upon arrival.

    Dear Crystal, I am single, veteran teacher who is interested in teaching in the UAE because after teaching in Shanghai (5 yr) and teaching in the USA for a total of twenty two years, I still love teaching. I love coaching high school students. I am going through a major life change in that my only child is moving away to attend university. As such, I want to get back to doing what I love best fulltime and where I am at my happiest: the classroom. Can you please tell those of us that follow you if I can bring my dog with me to the UAE? I ask about the UAE because there is are job postings for Chemistry teachers in Sharjah as well as Dubai. Thank you again ( I have commented on your other videos). ~dlwsport

I wanted to ask if I may, where (is in city or area) would you advise concerning working? Are there any schools which teachers praise more in the Uae or have a better reputation in terms of their treatment with teachers, work load, marking and so fourth... thank you for taking the time in reading this.

      @@HypeHub_ hey, I didn't end up going ahead with it as the more I did research and asked around other teachers the more I found out its a lot of work and you're literally baby sitting children. You're better of going for universities or schools which are known to offer good packages for expats

    Can a lady teacher share an apartment with a house mate because she is scared to live alone...???

    • @clearingthechaos7451
      @clearingthechaos7451  4 роки тому

      Some schools provide joint accommodations. If you get your own accommodations, that won't be a problem for same gender housemates. I wouldn't chance having a different gender housemate but that's me.

    I’m tired of teaching in the US, I want to see the world and I want to be appreciated for what the quality of education I bring to the table. I don’t intend to come back to the US to live for a good decade

      Clearing the Chaos so I signed a contract in mamzar with shared accommodation. I only have 1 year of experience so I wasn’t expecting to have my own accommodation but with shared accommodation are there other things I should be looking out for?

    • @clearingthechaos7451
      @clearingthechaos7451  5 років тому +2

      I would ask them what are you responsible for when it comes to the shared accommodations, i.e. utilities. Hopefully, they will cover it all. I would also ask where the accommodations are located and if they will provide transportation to/from school.

    • @clearingthechaos7451
      @clearingthechaos7451  5 років тому +2

      One more thing, your years of service has nothing to do with your accommodations. It's more about the school's setup. Some schools charge top fees (based on their amenities and KHDA rating) as a result, they can offer better renumeration packages.

      Clearing the Chaos thy are covering utilities, I don’t know where the accommodations are located but they gave me $300 AED allowance to get back and forth to school
