I have the exact same hotspot on the ultra unlimited max data plan with the 5G triple format SIM and I love it I can run my sky stream puck, phone and my Google home hub on it all at the same to with on buffering or lag Vodafone have done a great job switching to the R228t❤
I put my data sim witch is for internet4sharing from the unlimited program that i have in my mobile and still i dont have internet. Its a new card...do i have to wait a day or what?

Yes it should work with another SIM, as long as Lebara allows their SIM to be used in that way.

It should work, but you'll get better performance with a 4G or 5G router (not a MiFi) device, like the Three 4G Hub or 5G Hub.
