Thats what happens when you replace a world class shot stopper, a world class CB and a good CB with a mistake prone keeper with atrocious technique, a mistake prone CB in a high line that cant run and lets be honest a bottom half team quality CB in lindelof/evans.
Ive seen non league keepers with better technique than onana, dive early or dive backwards every time
It's a complete mismatch. A ball playing goalkeeper who isn't a good shot shopper and a midfield that can't control games. Champions league football came too early for this squad.

We miss a midfielder who is able to slow the game down and take the sting out of it. Eriksen and arguably Casemiro are the only players capable of it. Hence why we always concede immediately after scoring and get wrapped up in the occasion.

did you see his champions league run with inter last year? the saves he made in the final against city? there is no doubt that he is a world class goalkeeper, but his form this season has been atrocious. hopefully he will come out of it to finish the season stronger.
He had one season where he looked good but consistency is another thing and people ignored that and didn't watch any of his league games. They formed an evaluation or perspective on highlights or limited CLs games

There's making mistakes and then there's pure negligence. Onana's goalkeeping especially in Europe has been bordering on the latter, if not outright sabotage. Criminal that he'd let those two free kicks in like that but at the same time we are frustratingly, annoyingly poor in defence. We're a shambles.

Scott has been a top scorer for us this year, second only to Bruno. Most of the time, we have played Scott in the wrong position.

I think it is very wrong for you to underestimate Galatasaray because Galatasaray plays with incredible energy and dedication and Manchester United is not the same as before. Also, teams like Liverpool, Manchester City and Arsenal can never win easily against Galatasaray and as you say, they cannot reach double digits. I attribute this conversation to your demoralization. The issue with Onana is the team around him sucks. Not an excuse for him but I think it puts an extra magnifying glass on him when they literally only bought him and no DEFENDERS
We signed another keeper in the summer who is most likely jumping at the bit to get a chance in this team. The question is if he performs does onana come back after the afcon that will be decision that could sink ten hag

The worst part is Onana seemed like he was gaining confidence since his last blunder. The games on him. It’s also about 35% on the rest of the team and Ten Hag. There were so many over the top balls that would’ve put players through and instead we stuck to strictly passing on the ground. Our finishing as usual was dreadful. I’m also fed up with Mctominay starting. I don’t care if he’s scoring. He’s invisible for 99% of the game. He needs to be a substitute. Not a starter. Bruno didn’t look great either. Towards the end of the game we were in on a 4v3 and instead of slipping someone in he instead ran towards the box to try and draw a foul only to not get it.
Onana just isn’t good enough, no point in having a ball playing keeper as the team doesn’t play that way
