Great video. I love how you made the outline to a good answer clear but leave it very open so that it becomes a template rather than a person sitting in front of a camera expecting the viewer to parrot their answer.
I have to say, that as an educator myself this has been and is a great video, not to mention invaluable for new teachers entering the profession as well as a refresher for those whom may need it.

If there is a safeguarding issue and a class simultaneously you'll ask a teacher to cover up your class and first resolve the issue as safeguarding is the priority, believe the student instead of judging him don't promise secrecy to student, why u wat to be a teacher - loving your subject should be included in thisand relate it with being passionate with working with young children, importance of education , model the behavior yourself which you need to see in the students, always separate the students with their behavior, , instead of shouting what you don't want tthe children to do instead talk about what you want to do , reward students for meeting yourexpectationsif a angry parents comes in first take them away from children as safeguarding then be calm and empathaticf
