That Cowboy Crater album is TRASH!! She should have won when she put out Lemonade.
You know how many doors her album opened for other people/artist? All respect to your opinion because music is subjective you like what you like. However this album was a political statement it was never about the music. You see how many people that don't look like us is mad at that girl ? Its our music it's our history its our culture and it takes somebody as big as her to shine a light on the fact that country was created by us like every other American musical genre. They're smaller black Acts in country that could have never caused the splash that she cause by putting out a country album. Musically she Blended so many genres together that they couldn't just label her an R&B or Pop artist anymore. they like to keep us in our place as she kindly reminded. I'm happy she kicked the door in on them. Yet I respect and understand that musically it wasn't your taste. But this is definitely a win for the culture.
