@@kevinvantassel7893 watch ChrisFix he has a LOT of good DIY videos! Do the work yourself! Buy the tools you need for the job and then put the rest that you would've spent on shop labor in your bank account so you can use that later on other repairs/upgrades.

I like the very nice compromise between a full tear down restoration and a half-ass job. Pretty good quality for the amount of labor it looks like, I like it as somebody who would usually want to tear completely down

Honestly, twoards the middle of this build I was starting to think that it was a lot of wasted effort, even in the last video, I was unsure about this build, but after the decals, paint, and a good wash. She is looking mighty fine. Glad I stuck around, keep up the hard work, not many people have the motivation to keep going through hard projects like this. Definitely that beauty around.

Looks good now but after few months that body work and rust is gona rear it's ugly head. And he will be redoing it. Not saying he did a bad job because he's learning, just saying ide flip it while it's all looking good before he has to start fixing and redoing stuff
This truck has come a long way. I had a severe back injury at the beginning of the year and have been off of work since. It has literally been the highlight of my day when your new video was uploaded. Great job man! Now on to a new project

I just bought a 2003 Silverado yesterday at an auction. It’s in as rough shape as yours was when you started , I’m hoping I’ll make this one look as good or at least half as good as yours turned out. Couldn’t beat it , I bought it from IAAI auction in Cincinnati for $700 , and drove it home. I can’t wait to get started on this thing. Keep up the awesome videos , I’m getting a lot of creative ideas from your builds.

Yes keep the truck make it your daily. I’ll add a small block to the rear from the videos it looks like you have a reverse rake. Had to add a 1” block to mine after I did a 2” level on my Colorado.

I have a 2004 that I'm SLowly working on. Yours looks awesome!!!!! Lots of work but fun to see how you can transform an ordinary truck into something incredible! I have a lot to go,next is the 3 in front end lift,hopefully I won't start a FIRE!!!LOL. Truthfully I'm going to have a garage do it that likes to work on Rusterados. Great video awesome job dude!!!

Your gonna have to trim that front bumper for sure. Truck looks great tho! Those wheels and tires really brought it all together. Personally I’d throw a set of 1inch spacers in just to poke em out just a touch more. 99-06 Chevy/gmc’s are the best trucks made. Beautiful truck. Cool videos to watch.

Your hard work, you put into the truck it,s a must keep keep keep truck. I had a 5.3 L 2001 LS Silverado with the vortex engine it's a work horse ,I drove the wheels off 300k miles. Keep the truck as a daily driver enjoy the fruit of your labor, at least two or three years.
