Menage a trois
And apothic are what got me into wine about 2 years ago,then I go back and retry the Apothic last week and it was way too sweet for me.
What is up with that?
Is this common,for your palate to change like that?

I have two answers for that @notoverlyacerbic9574. 1. Yes, your palate will change and the style of wine you'll like will change along with it.
2. The Apothic wines does have a bit more residual sugar in them. Which in my opinion sometimes changes vintage to vintage. Meaning, sometimes the same and sometimes sweeter.
