I don't even think he does anything actually. Touching the very same spots again and again, looking into weird directions while "mixing", adjusting speed when only one song is playing??? (Like around 25:35ish only one channel is on, but a big show is provided to the sheeps)
Dont get me wrong, it was actually a good mix from him, but I dont think it's live. The fat lady was just too high sing...
+DonBandika Clearly you dont mix yourself or you would know that it is a live mix and what that he never adjusted the speed once or even went near the tempo faders for that matter and the spots he keeps touching again and again are the EQ knobs and volume / cross faders
+Don - never mind the fact that half the tracks are his own...... how many of your tracks did he play? ...... zero
Good DJs generally don't adjust tempo on the track that is actually playing over the PA otherwise the song would warp briefly as the tempo change takes effect. It's necessary to tweak the tempo of the track that's coming up next to determine BPM and slide it into position. If you don't believe he's mixing live, check out 31:25 where it's plain as day that he's hitting the sample for his track "Numbers." It's not a perfect sample trigger either so you can hear the subtle imperfections that wouldn't be on a set that was premixed in a studio.
