    I remember when I was just a Lance Corp, did my best work then. Ended up teaching majors and corns how what is known as the internet now works. Fun times.

    For those of you who don’t know, this is only a two year billet. To get Corporal in 2 years as a Marine Corps grunt is pretty damn hard and great. I drilled with that M-1 in high school Jrotc and that freaking thing is heavy. We didn’t wear gloves or used a sling. You all do not know.

    Always a fine performance. I wonder if there is a height standard as they all look to be the same height. They must spend hours and hours square bashing to remember the count and movements. Well done. Bravo Zulu to the Marines.

    I am not knocking any of it, just wondering if they are using a fully functional M1 or a stripped down lighter version for cermonial.

    • @sliver01
      @sliver01 5 років тому +2

      The weapons they are using is the M1 Garand, and yes they are fully functional with the fixed bayonets weigh about 10 and one half pounds.

    • @danielfox8886
      @danielfox8886 5 років тому +3

      And the bayonets are razor sharp.

    Kinda gay.
    Can we at least cut the arts and crafts part of our military budget?
