I was showing signs of my empathic ability back in September of last year, It started in May 2024 when I was going through the symptoms of absorbing emotions and energetic shifts with severe anxiety and panic attacks without realizing why. Now 5 months in I ground myself with Nature and rune readings and cleanse my energy with smudging.
It is scary going through the dark knight and all towers. Once we find our ground it is a beautiful time. Still hard to live between the 3rd and 5th dimensions. ❤&💡

A shower or bath should help for spiritual cleansing also being in nature and appreciating the little things like a bird, or something that brings up a good thought and know that you are cared for💕🫶🏽
I started having panic attacks at 20. Had around 10 full blown attacks every day one summer and learned how to control them through subconscious reprogramming. Couple this with depression because of the panic disorder and I had a lot to contend with. There were also no anti-depressant medications at the time. A book called Anxiety and Panic Attacks by Robert Handley literally saved me. I’m in my 50s now and this book is STILL out there so I recommend it highly. Have to follow it to a T and be patient with results. Took about three months to really start seeing change. Had my last panic attack at 29 after having my son but hadn’t had one in years prior to that singular panic attack that kinda hit me out of the blue but none since. Hugs to you. I know how debilitating this can be.❤

Possibly Not accustomed to this type of deep feeling, thinking likely or plausible discovering the missed puberty, he never took time to feel before due to being forced from childhood right into adult responsibilities not because they wanted too. I assumed a role of mother, at 12, (because I wanted too), with a brother, so comprehend missing most of puberty, but mine by choice. Likely others have similar or different things growing up through those teen years, because of moving , causing neighbour friendships debunked or changing schools . Whatever the story “deep” understanding in adulthood relationship needs contemplating, I think. All lessons in relationships
bring further understanding in the love category.
