People are more exhausted these days
that's because depression makes you sleep more.
It's the best way to make time go by.
And not sleeping enough can set you up for depression.
My favorite thing for a good night's sleep is no wheat (because it gives me insomnia) and I painted my bedroom walls and ceiling a dark matte color, and use blackout blinds. Sun on white walls was ruining my sleep.

@richardpauly1635 Nope, not true. Im pretty sure it's all genetic. Had a great aunt that would be up till midnight smoking cigs and drinking cussing all night and wake up early in the morning to drink beer. She only died cause she feel down the stairs. She was like 80 something.

@OAlem um no, this what they teach you college. They are surgeons who dont need 8 hours of sleep. Sleep is a range. You've said nothing worth of value.
Why do you need an eye mask if your eyes are closed?
Eyelid skin is translucent. It allows distracting light in.
@@madge2114 If eyelids were transparent, we wouldn't be able to see them. They attenuate incoming light.

Some of it is ok but the other bs just makes the stuff look fake. The actually name is called sleep hygiene, not sleep maxing . The sleep devices are actually bs .
It's actually called sleep hygiene its real but not as dumb as sleepmaxxing. Also, those devices that "monitor sleep" are complete bs.
🚨 Sleep is trending. Sleep is not the same as coma from exhaustion.
Did i get a newborn baby that never grows up for the past decade ?
