@@CampBrood I think it was probably when we hiked to the top of buttermilk falls. We thought the big thing to see was right there, but there was so much more!
Call the campground but you might be able to take Patrol Road to Smith Vineyard Road. But those might be inaccessible old army depot roads. The Other route that you can definitely take is to head east to 96, go south to Ovid and come up to Sampson State Park from the South on 96a. This route would add about 19 minutes.
You should call the campground and ask. I know they’ve added new sites and the hookups are different depending on which section of the campground you are in.

I going next month and my site has a water supply did you say I would be able to fill my fresh tank there instead of by the dump station.

I stayed there once before, but I couldn’t tell if they had a Spicket where I could use a hose.Thanks for your reply
