    Thanks for the review. 04:35 when you plugged into the computer, I assume you are using USB? I can hear peaking and distortion, I am using an average Gamecon headphone to listen to this video. Were there adjustments you could have made to remove some distortion? Have you tried the mic with another device connected, like a phone? Purely based on the audio that came from the mic in your test, its a no for me, I am still looking.

    • @HeadsetAdvisor
      @HeadsetAdvisor  4 роки тому

      Great questions. Depending which app on the computer you can do adjustments between the mic and speaker. Sometimes a few adjustments is all the difference. That being said, here's another comparable model to consider that many customers are using ua-cam.com/video/s_pefx7gOi8/v-deo.html

    You needed to show us the music in the room on the normal mic so we could see just how good it did. I mean, I can imagine but still, would have been nice to hear the real difference.

    Thanks for the review! One question: Isn't this a headset that has been on the market for quite some time? Like 2014? I've seen a lot of review that has been made the last couple of weeks and I wonder why... I mean, why now?

    • @HeadsetAdvisor
      @HeadsetAdvisor  4 роки тому +5

      You're right the headset has been available for quite some time. I'm not sure why now we're all deciding to make reviews lol. That being said, when customers request reviews, we try to have them created and this was one of those requests!

    Sir David and team...quick ask...will you add in a mention of cord length on this business/telecommuting category of headsets? Over the years, I've found that cord length is a big factor...especially if you're paying attention to how long you sit and stay immobile, and trying to minimize that. One big detractor for so many of the Plantronics/Jabra/Blackwire products is the super-short cord length. Thank you guys for all your hard work on our behalf!

    When working from home, I want to hear my kid or my pets doing stuff around the house or the doorbell ringing, but I don't want others to hear it through my microphone. Some of these most popular headsets seem to be too closed which can make them too isolating or uncomfortable and sweaty when wearing all day long. Working as a programmer, I have so many calls discussing bugs, test results, pair programming etc.
