Jackie not being held accountable is a disgrace of our judicial system! That woman is the epitome of evil & will never change or regret her actions…why would she? May she never find happiness nor peace…
No tears when he talks about what he did or how he misses his father. I can still tear up thinking of my dad who passed of cancer when I was 15 (I'm 54). Nick and Jackie are coldhearted spoiled monsters.
What an evill man. Your own father for money and the wife is no better. She could have stopped him. Anyone can see the mother cry when she loses her husband. My God, how could you....this is a father that raised you.
I know she is not guilty, but Corey's calls to police/911, and to her son, seemed melodramatic and fake. No wonder they say for police not to jump to conclusions. I could have arrested her on sight.
I think we are accustomed to so many fake 911 calls ,especially if you are a true crime fan ,that when we hear true terror we are skeptical . In less than 5 minutes she wakes up her husband next to her,her dog sleeping at the foot of her bed , and almost instantly they are both dead and you are running for your life hiding in a closet expecting to also be murdered, she was a stuttering mess , almost catatonic.
I'm here, thinking how great that they adopted Nicholas. So we can all agree that these adopted children are not your blo....od 😢Do not trust these loose cannon 🤔 😉
the adoptive parents gave him a charmed and wonderful life, and this is what he did to them? what a heartless individual-who knows what irreparable damage happened to him prior to his adoption....the DIL was heartless also, and justice was not served...deferred adjudication? what a joke-Cori should have demanded that diamond pendant back
It's not about being adopted. I was adopted and never once thought of killing my parents. The difference was they never gave me a charmed life. My father taught me how to be respectful and have dignity. Not to steal ,but be humble and thankful and much much more. Don't generalize.
missing appreciation for his parents hard work and he was never made to understand work --his parents gave him everything to make themselves feel good yet the kid needed to learn to make his "own" way to learn to how to be a real person and respect for his parents Parents put so much emphasis on material items and money and then simply give it to the kids without teaching them all the ingredients that truly go into building a life and what really matters is not money Then the kids grow up wanting STUFF and not valuing people
Why is it that that woman sound so fake I don't believe what you say and she doesn't know anything when she's talking to the 911 operator, this is just the beginning of the episode so I don't know maybe she but I do not believe one word she says
you mean the wife..? yeah she WAS very strange with her stuttering. I've never seen a reaction like that! and more often than not, if they play the 911 call in true crime docs, the caller IS a guilty party. but for some reason, I didn't suspect her at all. plus she's on the show, and not in prison, so... however, they DO sometimes do interviews when the suspect's out on bail. or the suspect is permitted to change out of prison clothes for the interview. I DID, mind you, suspect the son immediately. teenage boys can be very dangerous. and - sincerest apologies to all loving adoptees - there are a LOT of parents now deceased, at the hands of adopted children. (oh, and yes, birth children, too!) also, call me racist, but many, MANY eastern Europeans are severely damaged. centuries of tyranny have done that to the people. 😔 sadly, I learned that the hard way... and what were his first 16 months like..? they didn't say. I must add too, that the girlfriend gave me the creeps, instantly. so. 15 minutes left, and it looks like once again, my instincts were right. I missed my calling, I swear! 😳 but seriously, my heart SO goes out to loving wife and mother, Corey. 😢
Shock real unadulterated shock 🤷🏿♂️ woke up in the early morning hours your husband next to you he goes to investigate a noise expecting nothing . Two minutes later your dog is shot dead in front of your eyes and your husband is dead on the floor and someone is shooting at you. I would be stuttering also a complete bat case .
Well let's face it they are not the biological parents of this guy, but the wife I do believe that the wife has something to do with that because she is so cold
Very frightening situation you went thru, my heart would have given out on me in that cupboard or when I saw my husband on the floor. You are so strong. I knw you hurt even more knwing it was your son fault. Keep strong ok
The son Nick was asked about a gun he had taken to College Station. He says.”Father asked me to return it”. It seems strange for the son to say father instead of my father. Distancing language?
Gun has RUN out of ammunition, it didn’t ran out of ammunition. Sorry but the trashing of the English language is a shame, just like the trashing of values, common sense, etc.
If it comes out that she is the one that shot the husband she's going to say it was an accident because she did not know who that person was and she had to defend herself because she was in fear for her life, she did it she shot her husband

In Texas, this should have been a capital case, wonder why the prosecutors decide on giving these murderers a break

These kids literally think they’re living in a video game

I was praying the son was innocent. 😢

Fear and shock do that - it is hard to speak and you get breathless.

Totally fake sounding for sure.

I don’t think the wife seems guilty.
Jackie is sooo guilty...she sounds so lame.
At least figure out how to act convincingly before trying to get away with a crime 😂
Not surprised the police went to the wrong house

brave lady and mom
Please just LEAVE me. It never has to get this ugly! Never. Horrible
I'm new to your channel, and as it reflects quality productions, I shall add a thumbs‐up attitude. Thanks. I inten̈d to sign up.
She's a phony
I bet they're passing him around like cigarettes in prison
A little jewelry store....gets you all that living

so.
15 minutes left, and it looks like once again, my instincts were right.
I missed my calling,

😳

I agree 👍
She is stupid laughing asking the company for the million dollars from the insurance 😮
Oh no, that one took a twist I didn't expect. Smdh
All I can say is Jackie needs to be very glad Cory was her mother-in-law instead of me!
Well let's face it they are not the biological parents of this guy, but the wife I do believe that the wife has something to do with that because she is so cold

I thought the same. He could have said "Dad".
I think the way she is crying sounds like bad acting 😮

All these people are giving me bad vibes except the police and the Cole’s. Tad and Vicky seem genuine.
I didn't see this coming 😮
She’s lying
This woman, if not guilty, acts guilty, and is so overly dramatic. 🙀
Great program content but female narrator's voice intonation drives me nuts and I move on to something else. PLEASE CHANGE THE NARRATOR.
Psychopath
How fake that hyperventilating
