As a metal detecting video maker myself I'm sure at some point we all think about trying to make a video like this. Showing some history of the actual people who dropped the treasures we look so hard for. Out of all the ideas and possibilities that has come to mind in this matter nothing has compared to this ! This was amazing ! You put a lot of work into this and you should be proud. I just watched it and I plan to watch it again ! You tied everything together nicely. Bravo !! 👏 new subscriber here !
The spoon looked pewter, the lead looked like deformed musket ball, possibly fired but didn't make solid contact. I think it's possible that you may have found something that was was touched by the family. Good job.
Hey Rob. 👋🏻😃 Thanks for sharing such a wonderful adventure and an fascinating step back in time. The ornate key was the outstanding find for me!! Such detail!! Well done to all. TC, GL&HH. Deano.
I like the way you put this video together with excerpts from the book. I thought that the key was an awesome find, it is too bad that it wasn't a period find. 👍👍
This video was so well done. I liked that you took time to show information and pictures of examples of things you found. Also reminded me of when I got to detect the stony hill school for Ozaukee County Historical Society.
Digger Dan, that's my childhood. The show and the books. Wow Rob, thank you so much!

I hope you also get a chance to watch the video prior to this one "Tale of Six Buttons". It was also a fun one with some great history. Thanks again.
