TW: SELF HARM I would actually do diy stick and pokes with a needle and pen ink because I didn’t want to cut my wrists or anything when I felt suicidal or really depressed and anxious. I actually started when I watched 13 reasons why I drank Red Bull and binged the show and I was in a bad spot with my mom so I just did it, felt good so I did it everywhere. My skin doesn’t get scars from cuts scatches and deep pokes so I have nothing on me. Sometimes I think abt doing it to realive stress but I haven’t done anything for a year and 8 months. Just needed to get that off my chest
