There is no legitimate authority without direct expressed consent. The Constitution is simply a description of the government. It has no legitimate authority in and of itself. Delegated power and authority means that the group of people actually have the rights themselves in order to delegate it to a so-called government. No one can delegate something they don't have. The Constitution fails for ambiguity. The people and the government cannot agree on what it says or what it's supposed to do. Even SCOTUS cannot agree on what it actually says, regardless of the most clear and plain language in parts of it. So the bottom line is that the US FEDERAL CORPORATION or so-called government is completely illegitimate as it totally lacks direct informed consent, exercises power that cannot be delegated, and makes arbitrary laws contrary to Natural Law.
