Wow, That was really entertaining Lone Alchemist! So much so I'm rather upset with myself that I didn't see it sooner, considering its been uploaded for 3 years! I recall back in 2009 or 2010, I saw both some of your video's as well as DestructionSeries' works, and I found'em a Hella fun! Although theres one embarresing factor here, The reason I havn't seen either of your works since then, was because I completely forgot your names. xD And it wasn't until just recently that I found ya guys again. Back to the topic of this video, That was REALLY good, in every aspect. I was honestly entertained throughout it all, The "Plothole" Joke was even in kind of a good taste, since throwing out too much unnecesary info at the start, would've taken away from it. So mad props for that. And honestly just the whole feel of this was great. I havn't looked to see if there are more episodes, but I sure as hell hope so!
@chrisall76 the song playing during that scene is from an under appreciated gem on the n64 called jetforce gemini. that came consists of the main character going to different planets saving tribals which are tiny bear like creatures that look like koalas. it was a reference to that game.

@Tehpillowstar oh, and about the attack, its more of a wide area clearing attack. if anyone were to get hit directly with it they'd get blown away. anyone in the vicinity will still be affected but not as much as someone being at ground zero when it hits
You should try creating your own effects in flash, all it really takes is a creative mind, a decent amount of artistic skill, and a good sense of motion tweening. It certainly helps if you can't find an effect your looking for,
