Yung pagooverthink and worries mo sa future mo and everything, that means pinag-iisipan mo ng mabuti ang mga mangyayari for yourself and your family. Alam kong mabigat ang dinadala mo and you're so strong for carrying it everyday and I hope hindi ka sumuko. It's okay to show your vulnerability to your people. I don't also tell my family/friends sa mga pinagdadaanan ko kasi ayokong dumagdag pa at kinikimkim ko na lang sa sarili ko gaya ng araw-araw kong ginagawa. Kaya nakikinig na lang ako ng mga songs ng SB19 especially yung alam kong relate sa pinagdadaanan ko. I know nakakatrigger siya pero songs nila ang naging comfort ko. It was terrible na nakakaiyak kasi ako nasasaktan para sakanila pero they did so great. I always and will always watch their interviews kasi abang na abang ako sa mga mala miss universe na sagutan talaga 🤣🤣
I love this song! It made me feel pain I didn’t even know I had.. it helped me release and heal. Now, I love listening to it as a reminder to always choose kindness, coz we never truly know the pain others might be feeling or battling.
