@@DimitriyMykhaylovDisneyFan very true but it was all the behind the scenes stuff, tours and movie props displays stuff that they used to do what made it amazing for me
Great times. I was there in 1995. Was the show still there where they put you in a TV show? When I went in 1995 I was in the 3 stooges and got a pie in the face
This year was around the time WCW was broadcasting WorldWide from Disney MGM, just a little bit of trivia for ya (They also filmed the WCW Nitro intro on the new york set)
I loved all things Disney throughout my childhood and by the time I graduated high school in 1994 it was at a fever pitch. I moved to Orlando and tried to get a job as a tour guide at the Magic of Disney Animation but I had to settle for mini-bar attendant at Caribbean Beach Resort. I went back to casting in January 1995 and got hired as a tour guide at the Magic of Disney Animation. That job also sometimes required you to work the Voyage of The Little Mermaid and the area that would become the Pocahontas animation exhibit. Got to see lots of cool stuff at the animation studio that year. Long story short, You couldn't pay me to visit the parks today based on what youtube videos show. That and I haven't enjoyed a Disney product since "The Incredibles" came out.
Some of the greatest movies of that time, are still the greatest movies of today. I'm surprised at how much different this place looks today. I also wish I had the chance to see this in 95 because in some ways I feel like the experience was downgraded.
The park looks totally different today! although being a huge Star Wars fan, I think what they have done with Galaxy's edge is phenomenal, the attention to detail is awesome, but I also know what you mean, Early 90's Disney Hollywood Studios was just the best, sorry to hear you never got to experience it 😔
Funny to watch this compared to new walkthrough videos. The people are so much more happier in 97 and everyone now just has their heads on their phones while at the parks. Sad.
We've all got to start somewhere new and I suppose it must be daunting especially with the amount of people they had to talk to on the tours, Ive always respected Cast Member, they do an incredible job
I Miss the Old Disney-MGM Studios Theme Park!
Dimitriy, I'm with you there, Disney MGM Studios was awesome when it opened, Being a huge movie buff this place was like heaven to me!
@@DisneyDave It still is Today! We Have Toy Story Land and Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge.

@@DisneyDave I Am so Sure that Disney's Hollywood Studios will Continue to Receive Major Changes and will be just like How it Used to be in the Past.
@@DimitriyMykhaylovDisneyFan agreed 👍
I definitely miss the actual studio. Thanks for the memories indeed.
Your welcome & Mike, You and me both!
Great times! Most people weren’t stuck to phones and internet then….
Its crazy that you have to spend the day with your head in your phone now
This comment. Everyone is on the phones or vlogging. Disney made it this way...😢
Omg my heart! Literally the best time to be a kid was at disney in late 90s. Best memories of my life ❤

Thank you for this. I had a lovely nostalgia trip!
Your welcome, Great to hear that

I like it even better now with the random drops and rises in ToT
Yes I agree, It is very different to when it first opened
23:20 Good old Florida weather. 😅
Hey, I’d take Florida weather over my current freezing cold rain in Oregon in a heartbeat.
Loving these. Taking us all back. Thank you
Your welcome, Thank you to you as well for watching
36:15 That's no cowgirl bandida, that's a mountain lion. 😂
Great video, thank you Disney Dave! Subscribed.
Seems the houses are gone long ago, closed with the studio about 10 years after this video.
Thank you ❤️
1:10:10 This foreshadows ultilizing a home cooking instrument into a lethal weapon in Tangled.

Daryl-Rhys Taylor, Thanks for watching
The parks were better in the 90s
they were the best in the 90's! 👍
That poor tour tram narrator must have been new, he was clearly nervous. Bad, just bad.
