Yes Craig keep him coming,, I love the homes you're showing I like the videos feels,, And the home out purchase from you don't have to be new,, but I wanted to be 7 to 10 years old no later than that
Thank you so much for sharing these homes! My husband are looking to relocate and to see what is possible is so encouraging and gives us something to work towards! I hope you will do more content like this in the future 😁💯
Omg. I've seen a few that I would love to see. I hope they may still be available. I plan on moving that way and finding me a home as soon as all this covid19 is over ❤❤
I'm in Texas now, lived in Georgia for 26 years, Texas for 3 years... transferred with my company. I'm retired now so I'm moving back to Georgia, you don't want to move to Texas. It's crowding, property tax is ridiculously high and you won't get a better value for your than Georgia,,,,trust me and it's much prettier than Texas!!!
@@mcintyrer48 how much cost a monthly rent in a house who cost 250k$?? Pls answer me always was interested to pay monthly rents in Atlanta Goargia and btw sorry for my bad English, I come from Germany and have a great day and thx again for saying that Texas Is bad I won't move definitely to Texas 😅.
@@kql6348 I live in Atlanta GA. The mortgage for a $250k on average is $1250, so anticipate paying anywhere from $1300 to $1600 for rent, depending on the area, of course.
These are luxury homes for a lot of Americans, too. Many of us could not afford these beautiful homes. I can't buy one of these, but it is fun to look. Fortunately, there are nice, solid older homes on the market for considerably less money (and less amenities, of course).
Am I the only one noticing that the houses their showing are not the right addresses? I see 6723 Hill Rock Lane, but the house their showing is 6736. I’m confused. Lovely videos, but what house are you really showing? 🤔🤔🤔
How much cost this house 6:30 per month?, I am really interested if I can pay monthly thishouse in Atlanta goargia Pls answer me thx and sorry for my bad English !
Nice 👀 looking homes; but, if I were interested in one, I would want it to be in city of Atlanta Georgia on a nice and quiet street near 🚶 walking distance to stores/supermarkets and or near train 🚄 and or buses 🚌 to get to supermarkets and or shopping malls.
we appreciate the content, don't get me wrong.. but Fairburn, Jonesboro, Lithonia are horrible investments.. unless it's a rental property. these houses shown are the nicest in those respective areas; the surrounding neighborhoods are pretty ghetto. schools are terrible, crime is high, etc..
Trying to find newer homes in metro Atlanta in this price range is difficult. These were the ones I found. I will do a new video in the $250-$500k range to encompass other areas, soon.
@@CraigLevine key word there is "newer".. most of the nice areas have already been established, so the houses on the market in those areas are usually going to be 90s or 2000s builds. at least on the $250k end of that range. if you're looking at $400-500k, there is plenty of newer construction in the southern ATL burbs that is very, very nice. check out Newnan, Senoia, Brooks, Turin.. there's also a development in Peachtree City going in now in that price range; definitely less for your $$ than the other areas I listed, but tons of people pay more just to be in PTC.
Yeah the chick couldn't catch the mail man and services taking from my letter box now there at the house waiting on the call went in I'm home it should be coming I need permeant services and cable wifi picture tv and who that knocked the side of the house down left there dirty ice box on my floor with the bad news 😂

Number 2 is the most beautiful
I got mines under $250k with 5/3, 3000sqft on 1 acre. I’m satisfied with it, feels like a more expensive home to me.
What part of the city did you move to? I’m looking to buy

Beautiful homes, I'm from a developing country and in my country these kind of homes are luxury homes. Americans are so lucky.

Show me a 250 or less with no HOA, new or updated in Cobb, Cherokee or Fulton and I'm sold.
Hey Craig! Do you have any like these in Gwinnett County?
Love the house. Really a dream I'm trying to make happen. Also where can I find the music tracks to this video.
Love Decatur's home
Is it in Avondale Estate

I m looking for one farm house 2 acre, price around $200k
Hi how about and update on those houses
No more homes in Atlanta under $250k

Not one home has yard space between the neighbors homes. Why not just live in a townhouse that's connected to the neighbors

Absolutely right!
What about kennesaw and ackworth? Suggestions?
unapologetically Wacc those are both good places. Kennesaw and Acworth. I also wouldn’t move out to the places in the video.
