Magic: Outlaws of Thunder Junction - BAD BATCH??

Rumours of a bad batch of Magic the Gathering’s newest set Outlaws of Thunder Junction have been circling, so we have a look if this is true and how bad it is.
What do you think of the quality?
Would you still buy this set if there’s a chance of getting the bad batch?
What should Wizards do to rectify the issue?

Considering it is a "Collector's" product. I would not be happy with pack fresh cards being LP. QA in general over the last couple of years has been so awful, I don't buy sealed at all anymore.
