I’ve been playing the game for a few years already, never really had much trouble with fps and I was even on first gen of xbox. But when the lost island update came for some reason my graphics and fps just took a MASSIVE beating, I went from averaging 45 fps to averaging 30 and below, the graphics also just got worse. So I’ve tried all of these things and have seen no difference, I’ve tried almost every yt video out there and they all just say most of the things you’ve said here. So more video’s of tricks for performance or whatever would be great! But nothing has helped my fps, or anything and I don’t understand. I’ll keep trying and more of your tips videos would be great!
I already knew these but I’m very glad you are getting the word out so everyone knows. Use them all the time not the second one cause it doesn’t go to other maps unless you do it on them but great work very easy to follow
@@starsabergaming preview mode works on all maps and I highly encourage you to use it, the second one where it gives you super high fov I don’t use. It works on every map but you need a tek leggings or fed suit leggings and element on that map to do it. And it’s annoying to do everytime you switch maps cause I do a lot. It still can be done on every map, but you have to have element in the tek legs for it to work which isn’t always the case

the viewdistance doesnt work on ps5. the code works but when i apply it gets rid of 'r.' so the command fails. Edit: any command that uses '.' dont work it gets rid of the fullstop

Just tried these settings out and my game looks very clean, but when I swing my mek and destroy even small rocks I get massive grey blobs. Anyway to fix this?
@@DZYN i have a monitor that is 165hz , i have managed to kinda fix the fps issue so now i get a consistent 80-100 fps. I do still get huge lag spikes tho idk how to fix it

Keyboard and mouse on console is cheating just read the roles on rust console get a pc if you want to play mk it's Pretty ridiculous tbh aiming is so hard on controller everyone should have to deal with it not just have a mouse to point and shoot ridiculous it's so easy to aim with a mouse when the dead zone is shit on controller like I said if you want to pvp everyone should be on controller................................ if it wasn't a unfair advantage Noone would use it just like them cheats where rocks disappear and Noone can hide good job wild card

Get an SSD, might solve your issue.
To get old setting just keep pushing enter on preview mode and it cycles through them all

how do i fix the preview mode in the artic, i like the graphics but for some reason the ground is black
So in artic you need to press the apply button after you enter the code like 14 times
I’d recommend going into single player on gen1 use gcm to fly to artic then press it until your happy with the graphics
One downside to that is one of them will make your death beacons and any tek effects not render

Make sure you only apply it one time (by apply I mean press the A button on the admin command to activate it)

Higher DPI higher your ads movement, I play 400 dpi most of the time if I’m long range sniping I press my dpi button too 800 or 1200
