Back when she was a must pick in OW1, these basement dwellers actually harassed Brig's voice actress. It's not like she was responsible for how strong Brig was.

the way you improve with brig is really just landing more whip shots and having lots of game knowledge. I wouldn't really say she's entertaining to watch compared to other heroes in top tier play but she still is very fun to use. This is coming from a brig main btw

hes a good brig player but icant lie when i watched him say clip that when he just bashed swung and whip, it was hard to try not to laugh
As a Brig main myself, I can say that's not that easy to make this combo, especially in these clips. He has excellent gamesense and reflexes.
The whipshot at 6:11 is insane because he instinctly aimed for the Kiri while majority of Brigs would have automatically shot Ram. He makes good decisions while melee, and with Brig that's not simple.
As a brig main, this is what about 40-50 hours looks like. The bash jumps are pretty much the hardest part of her character. Besides that your preformance is basically tied one to one with your whipshot accuracy and what the enemy team is playing.
Brig is a great character for learning general team synergy and positioning, but never one trick her, at most you want to be playing her around 50% of the time. Most situations the rest of the roster has much better countering options and utilities.
I haven't played Overwatch since early season 6. This video is inspiring me to play again 😁

As I said in the intro, Brig is a suuuper easy hero to pick up, but I wanna see you or anyone do stuff like this while only having 1h with her...it's pretty much impossible, especially if you consider this is happening in Top 500 lobbies and not QP or Plat.

As a top 500 fs player, most of this stuff is super common for any Gm1 flex supply player lol. Like the junkertown shield jump is so ez with the ow2 bash distance

Brigg is a very skillful hero try play her now with overpowered tanks and soldier and ashe every game being broken. You need to be a god with brigg she is underpowered atm.

I mean, it's pretty rare to make a good play with brig, so it's understandable, i also get pretty happy when i make a very cool play with brig, im pretty sure he is like that.

Brigitte is awesome man, definitely my favourite hero. I'm a pro when playing with Brigitte for real.
The clips arent that impressive tbh, ive seen better clips of people using their shield to block dva bomb for their ana or cancelling sigma ult with rally

People who say brig is eqsy to play are probably gold or plat. If it is so easy, then how come you are still at your rank? Lol.
Because they are hardstuck moiras who are salty at not bieng able to bully Brigitte. Theres a reason you almost never see brig mains in bronze and silver. Her skill floor is low and her cieling isn't much higher. If you are good at overwatch you don't need to "learn brig" because 99% of the time all you need to know is how she works and when to use your utility.

Brigitte has her momments but you never see good brigs until platinum. Once you hit that rank you'll change your mind and realize shes a good situational pick.
