I first heard Joe play too many years ago to mention at a little bar in northern Illinois in a tiny town about 50 miles from Chicago. Everyone was there to hear the local band and everyone thought, Joe Who? I knew then that I would never forget the name Joe Bonamassa and that I was at the birth of a career and witnessing a talent that would forever stand on its own. I became a lifelong fan that night and told anyone and everyone about this amazing talent. Every time someone would mention Jeff Beck, Robin Trower or Eric Clapton, I would always say, have you heard of Joe Bonamassa? I’m forever grateful to have Joe in my life. His music has swirled around me in good times and bad, lifting me up and transporting me to a world where I can just close my eyes and listen and just feel. Thank you, Joe for sharing your gift with the world! Wishing you many many, Happier Times!

I remember when I first discovered Joe just a few years ago on UA-cam, I was so proud....proud of him, proud that he was so excellent on the guitar, and proud that I had found him. Which all sounds silly! Nobody would understand, I don't think, but it changed my life! I found a lot of meaning in all of that. I love Joe. I love his music, love his band(s), love his commenters, and love his channel. But, as with all family relationships, there are the occasional squabbles, LOL ❤ Go Joe! We love you! ❤
His music takes me to places I haven't been to in at least 3 decades. His guitar playing is mesmerizing, watching him in concert I'm in awe. Love the music, I would have loved to seen Bogey Wells , and Anton Fig together with his band, along with the back up singers , horns. But I still enjoy the concerts. He puts on one Heck of a show. The top blues guitarist in the world nails it again. If you have not seen Joe live you are missing out. I was lucky enough to see SRV twice who i thought could not be out done...Until Joe..His playing appears effortless. He is king of the blues at the moment.
Sometimes when I listen to all those great all bands from back then, I find myself wondering where all the great, emotional, bluesy ballads have gone and why they don't write them anymore. And here they are, Joe nails it.

However, I'm confident it will get better. He has been extremely successful, in all of his endeavors. Too, Facebook serves up way too much soft, to medium porn. I left it, along with a lot of prescious friends and pictures. Rumble seems to be pretty good. Even Truth SoCIAl is probably being invaded by lefty trolls. The site, GAB is good. I've read many essays and thesis' from the founder and CEO. He has a very good spiritual foundation, and his site reflects that. Too, I don't see anything very wrong with UA-cam. Just continue reading and engaging with your loving commenters. And IF there's an occasional troll, just ignore it. Saw Joe at the Glasgow Armadillo last night. Great show, electric atmosphere, talented band. Sadly 'Minds Eye' was not one of the tunes last night, but there is so many to choose from, and so little time in a concert. Be sure to get your tickets for a show not to be missed.
Hugs, you got this Joe. Let your music be your guide out of it. The pain is here to show us all who we are for better for worse. Just as long as we're learning, experiencing and becoming, the vibrations you make are connecting on a deeper level, remember to materialise the reality you seek. Can I tell you that I heard back to back Bonamassa concerts in 2019. The first was scheduled 2nd for me. February in Orlando. The 2nd was in Durham North Carolina. Durham, I went with my baby brother. A whole 20 months younger and 6"6'. My special special. Orlando was out of control with how wonderful it was. Joe's mom and dad were there. He definitely played beyond. I still remember how I had tears in my eyes. Then with my brother in Durham NC. Joe played Sloe Gin. My brother*his favorite) just started jammin. I'm the dance teacher. He can't get out of his own way. But that night he was so moved. Which was best? Damn I can't say

Until Joe Cocker died he didn't really make his voice while he played, now its really loud and clear. His singing is much better now. I still want to watch him shred 'you can leave your hat on.'

Been listening to this dude for a couple years now or so pretty steady. Ive been playing guitar since 1975, but this man is not just a prodigy on guitar, he has reached a mature level of expression in the songwriting he does. His voice matches the passion as well. Probably the most talented person all around in music today. Just my useless opinion.

Saw Joe at the Glasgow Armadillo last night. Great show, electric atmosphere, talented band. Sadly 'Minds Eye' was not one of the tunes last night, but there is so many to choose from, and so little time in a concert. Be sure to get your tickets for a show not to be missed.

I've been going through it too, and you and your music give me a way to express whats inside beyond what I can with words. I can't say thank you enough. I was thinking of you while playing guitar on my roof. Just remember though the pain may eat us up, its up to us to grow faster than it can chew. Can I tell you that I heard back to back Bonamassa concerts in 2019. The first was scheduled 2nd for me. February in Orlando. The 2nd was in Durham North Carolina. Durham, I went with my baby brother. A whole 20 months younger and 6"6'. My special special. Orlando was out of control with how wonderful it was. Joe's mom and dad were there. He definitely played beyond. I still remember how I had tears in my eyes. Then with my brother in Durham NC. Joe played Sloe Gin. My brother*his favorite) just started jammin. I'm the dance teacher. He can't get out of his own way. But that night he was so moved. Which was best? Damn I can't say

Been listening to this dude for a couple years now or so pretty steady. Ive been playing guitar since 1975, but this man is not just a prodigy on guitar, he has reached a mature level of expression in the songwriting he does. His voice matches the passion as well. Probably the most talented person all around in music today. Just my useless opinion.
Possibly his best song. Definitely more confident delivery and maturing as a songwriter.
