I use leather grips all the time and I live in Las Vegas
You just don't need the finishing tape when you put on the overgrip like this. The glued end of the overgrip will hold it on.

How does this new PS97 compared to the Pure Strike VS?

This is the replacement of the VS, basically the same mould but flex fibres added in the layup
@@bengray5013Does this mean the PS97Gen4 flex more than the VS? Plays softer, more muted?
@@ckboon70 I'm not sure, as it depends on where the flex fibres are placed within the frame, but i think it's around the same RA

Pure Control 95+ is the best & thinnest babolat ive ever tried...Reject modernity, Embrace tradition
Unfortunately they got rid of the Pure Control line. I think that might have been perfect for me looking at the specs.
Babolat continued to sell the Pure Control under the name Pure Strike VS using the Pure Strike v2 paint job. The most recent Pure Strike VS (the 97 under the grey and red cosmetic) was a brand new mold, and marked the official end of the Pure Control line. Those looking for Pure Controls can find the last generation painted as Pure Strike v2 paint jobs (Pure Strike VS nearly all white frame) as used frames for reasonable cost. Cam Norrie actually uses the Pure Control painted as the Pure Strike.

This is just a repaint of the 2021 Pure Strike VS...nothing new there.
These two don't seem to understand that fact, they act as if this is a brand new addition to the Pure Strike line 😅.
Same mould as the previous VS but has the added flex fibres in the layup.
Therer is nothing to fly up,, paint on the line is painted in,,, nothing will fly up
