Great suggestions, Ardyth…thank you!
Thanks so much for watching!
Great cards, Ardyth! Thanks for the tips! When I make shaker cards, after I put in the shaker bits, I adhere another piece of acetate to seal them. Then you can arrange it perfectly on your panel. Hope this tip helps you and your subscribers. Have a wonderful weekend! ♥️
That's a great tip, Kathya! Thanks for stopping by!

The colors are beautiful! I need to reassess my inks. Too many I’m not happy with and some are fantastic! Live (spend way too much money) and learn 😅 Appreciate you NOT being a long commercial just selling products. Most of us can’t afford keeping up with buying all that ❤ You amaze us
So glad you enjoyed this! Thanks so much for watching (I'm exploring new inks right now too - new video coming in the next few days!)

Hi, another tip, I put the shaker bits on the front panel and to seal them in, I put another piece of acetate on it. Then you can freely lift the shaker to place on the card base. Thanks for all the great tips.
That is a great tip! Thanks for sharing it! And for watching!
@@ardyth I love to 'sandwich' the shaker fill between 2 pieces of acetate. I can see through to the card base to get perfect placement. Love your videos Ardyth. Thanks from a fellow Canadian.

Oh my, Ardyth! You did it once again…filled my brain with tons of ideas! I am amazed at how you used the rectangle dies to figure out placement, for your shaker card! I will be doing THAT! Thank you so much for another great video!
Thanks so much for watching, Carlos! Hope to see you soon!
Excellent thanks sweetie
#12-- great tip!!
Glad it was helpful! Thanks so much for watching!
So many great ideas, thank you!
Thanks for watching!
Great tips! Love the cards. Another tip from me would be to draw around the edge of your word die to create a faux background when you don’t have one for that die. Works great. Still need to fussy cut though. 😉
That definitely would reduce the stress of free-handing it! lol! Great tip! Thanks so much!
Fabulous card items, thank you especially for the shaker card, I am always struggling with how to place them, now I know 😀. X
Glad it was helpful! Thanks for watching!
Lots of great ideas.
Thank you! 😊
Cool…I already do some of these but I love the additional ideas you’ve provided.

@@ardyth 💕🥰💕
I don’t have many word dies but this gives me ideas for using the ones I have! TY
Thanks so much for watching!
This video is so helpful, Ardyth. I particularly appreciated that you took the time to fussy cut the base when there was no die for behind the word. Now I will use that technique to make the words more grounded. Thank you. 💕🇨🇦
Someone else suggested drawing around the die cut before fussy cutting, so that might be helpful for you too! Thanks so much for watching!
This is a great video... just what I needed!
Glad you enjoyed it! Thanks for watching!
Terrific ideas!!
Thanks!
Appreciate your sharing this instructional video, I found it very informative and look forward to trying out the tips! Thank you!
Thanks so much for watching!
gah! great tips! They seem so obvious, but I'm still learning to modify my supplies. Shaker cards always trip me up, but you made it look easy and beautiful.
I think often we're in a rush to make the 'perfect' card and forget to just play and experiment. Thanks so much for watching!
Great video! Thank you for sharing. Your cards are great!
Thanks so much!
I love how you used the same four colours in every card in this video. It helped to focus on the technique vs the (gorgeous &graphic) cards. Very professional! I also like the non-trad Xmas colours. I always come away inspired by your videos.
Haha! Can I tell you a little secret? I started doing that just so the cards would look better in a photo all together. But I agree that it can help focus on the technique, and I'll definitely take that compliment, thank you very much! And thanks so much for watching!
Great ideas. Thank you
Thanks for watching!
Love these ideas!!
Thanks, Melissa!
Another great vidoe agian so happy I found your channel Thank you so much
Thank you for watching, Vickie!
@Ardyth • Great video. I like videos that show multiple techniques for a single tool.
I love using the word dies as a background. Very unique.
I know these videos take a lot of time & prep work, but have you considered adding time stamps so we can go right to a technique when we refer back to the video?
Thanks for sharing. 👍
Thanks so much for that suggestion - I'll look into that. And thanks for watching!
Thank you so much, such great tips!!!
Thanks for watching!
Thank you for such a great YT‼
Glad you enjoyed it! Thanks for watching!
Your tips never cease to amaze me! Thanks for sharing 😊
Thanks for watching!
When I’m making a shaker card I use another piece of acetate on the back and that way I have a sealed unit I can place easily on the background. Saved me so much time
That is a great tip! Thanks for watching!
Great ideas!
Thank you! 😊
Awesome tips, thanks so much!
Thanks for watching!
Thanks!
Thank YOU!
Another fabulous tip for shaker cards. Thank you so much Ardyth.
Others are suggesting backing it with another piece of acetate, so that's another great way to do it. Thanks for watching!
I love to make shaker cards. But my #1 problem was how to properly place the background. Cutting that shaker background to place it was MASTERFUL to me. Thanks for single handedly ROCKING MY SHAKER WORLD. 😅❤😅😮
That's how I felt when I discovered this too! Thanks so much for watching!
You're brilliant!
Wow, thank you!
It was the joy shaker card - seriously amazing!
Awesome video! Very useful info
Thanks so much for watching!
Brilliant ideas as usual Ardyth. I love the ‘lining up’ shaker card tip. Thank you. 😀
Thanks so much! 😊
Great tips thank you. For many of my shaker cards, I die cut a piece of craft foam instead of using 3d tape. I do put a double side adhesive on the foam so I don't have to glue it. It's both time saving and cheaper. Especially if I mass produce the cards. When I do use foam adhesive, I dust the sides before pulling the release paper off, to keep the shaker contents from sticking to the side of the tape. I have used anti static powder or talc.
These are great tips! Thanks for sharing. And for watching!
Beautiful cards 🥰 I love your ideas, your techniques and your card designs ❤️ thanks for sharing your creativity Hugs xx
Thank you so much!
Love the shaker card hint that was awesome! Great video overall too
Others are suggesting backing it with another piece of acetate, so that's another great way to do it. Thanks for watching, Vicki!
Thank you for sharing such great ideas. Any ideas for smaller word dies.
I think some of the ideas here could work - using them as a background like the faux embossing, or repeating them like the merry. I'll put my thinking cap on for a future video! Thanks for watching!
Great video!
Thanks!
Awesome!!
Thanks!
Great ideas! Loving the merry Christmas shadow! Love the different thank you fonts too!
Thanks so much!
Fun tips!
Thanks for watching!
