I threw Bill away this morning, then youtube reached out by some sort of psychic connection and told me to watch this video. So I fished it out of the trash and gave this a try with my facial oil. Brilliant! Worked great :D

If you have Inglot’s duraline it works greatly with Colourpop sss and pretty much any cream product (shadow, liner etc). Also it is not oil it’s liquid silicon based primer/mixer, so everything you mix it with become tenacious. You can turn any eyeshadow into smudge proof eyeliner with it.

I also use duraline it's only 11€ were I live, I've used it almost everyday for the last half a year and it's only 2/3 empty. Since it has a dropper you'll definitely get your money's worth out of it. Because of this product I probably won't even notice, if my shocked shadows dry out.

@@zeynepizationify Always start with one drop. Depending on how dry your SSS is you can add more later.

    Thank you!!
I bought one of these last year on ebay. It is a discontinued shade that I'd desperately wanted, shade is "Girl Crush". Kind of a dark plum colour w/blueish undertones. I'm fair complected with cool/pink undertones, green eyes. My natural hair color was a medium blonde. I color it now since it's gone gray with age 🙄😑.
This eyeshadow shade, "Girl Crush" is absolutely gorgeous and goes well with my complexion.
When I purchased it sealed, new never opened or used. The first couple of times i used it it was wonderful. Like many other women I switch out for variety.
I came back to Girl Crush only a month or so later and it was so dried out and crumbling. I mostly use it over an eyeliner in a pear/grayish blue by Bourjois, also discontinued but has stayed well. Pretty mixed together.
I Googled how to fix, don't remember to site but it didn't last long.
I'm going to try your trick. I have both argon oil and the MAC fix + prep.
I'll let you know how it goes.
Your videos is 5 years old so not sure if you're still checking in.
Thanks again, I love this shade. Bummed at how fast these Super Shock Shadows dry out, all of them have same issue.
I live in Colorado where its very dry which has pros and cons. The pro is that make up doesn't go bad as quickly as it does in humid climates. The con is obvious. Stuff dries out faster.

I had that same problem, with one of my favorite glitters “LADYBIRD” it went dry, I thought I had to throw it away. So what I did was, used a couple of drops of INGLOT Duraline drops, also the makeup by Mario master metal manipulator, one or two drops mixed and my product came back to life like it was new. 🎉❤

I didn’t own duraline at the time that I filmed this video, but I have it now and it’s amazing!!! Good to know about the Mario product too. Thank you!!

I have five of the fiona stiles aqua eye veils that have dried out. They were awesome shades and only three of them were used more than once. Because they had water in the base, I may go with fix plus for my revival attempt but I will definitely give it a shot.

I think Bill is a particularly drying shade as it seems to be on everyone's dried out list ... it's the only one I have out of 32 shades that has dried.

Alexandra Sjösten just recommended this video to me, since I currently have a Colourpop SSS in my Project Pan that dried out. I don't want it to go to waste so your video was perfect! Thank you for explaining the matter in depth. 🤗

Supershocks are silicone based . A primer with same base brings it back to new.

    Hi sweetie 🌹🥰
Try inglot dualine it works so good and the shadow wril not crease on the lid.
You can juse the same product in dyed eyeliner, and the dualine makes it water and transfor free.
Big hugs from Stine from Denmark 🌹🥰

I have thrown so many out sadly until a month ago (never looked it up unfortunately) I just sprayed inside mine with fix plus and pressed my finger on top and it was great. Might need to try actually represing with oil if they don't hold up

A Beauty Guru Made Me Do It yay! I only have 1 CP SSS, it just seemed risky to buy multiple when everyone said they go bad really fast. But since mine was getting to that 1 year mark I wanted to be sure I could revive it.
Do you think the same method would work for Mac paint pots? I bought 3 and one of them is already a bit dry.

A Beauty Guru Made Me Do It wow that is surprising. But I don’t think you are missing out to be completely honest. They go bad quicker than my other Cream shadows and are harder to work with than my other primers/base. It’s honestly way overhyped.

About 6 months ago I used this exact Aragon oil on my colourpop shadows. It was good at first but it dried up again and smelled kind of weird. I’m thinking of just purchasing Duraline.

That sucks. I think since you have a large amount of these colourpop shadows, you really need the duraline.
