I am proud to say as an African-American Man, I completely and wholeheartedly support the efforts to improve our defense capabilities and the direction the MDA is heading. We already have assets in orbit to aquire these targets im shure . fast up link and defense wepons in the right place i dont know . but with all the billions the dod spends i would think we would have this handled by now . WTH.!
