Thank you for creating and walking us through a large arrangement design. You do such a wonderful job of encouraging your viewers who are most likely learning and probably somewhat unsure of themselves. Thank you again, so so beautiful.
The knowledge You shared said a whole lot about the beauty YOU have inside. Real flowers bring out how connected we are to ourselves. Fake flowers cannot do that. (HUGS)
I've been Watching many FLORAL Tutorials and Videos...and you're one of my favorite go to's. The thing is I came across your Platform searching and your approach reminded me of a CoWorker I once learned from many years ago. i had the privilege of working and learning from the bottom everything flowers. This person was pleasant and I'm not sure she knew that they left behind a impression and Inspiration. Back then, I inquired about a job and got the opportunity to learn on the job from processing to designing. To this day my passion for Flowers goes on and on and I never stop my love for learning. By the way, I almost did not recognize you because of your HAIRCUT! So..never loose heart or confidence and your knowledge is valuable! 😊 Continue Sharing your talent and never loose heart. I hope you Continue teaching and staying positive. the thing is everything is appreciated. Thank you for Sharing. 🎉❤ 😊
What a stunning arrangement. I like the asymmetrical shape, makes it more dramatic. And I so agree with you about the aroma of the wax flower! Beautiful job!
I too am newish to doing events/weddings! I so enjoyed your video here & learned so much more!!! I’m trying to write down names of florals to know what I’m looking at when I go to shop for my florals at my wholesalers!!!! Thank you so much for your time creating your videos!!!!!
Hi from Australia! I love that you used so many Australian Native plants in your centrepiece. The video was very good I enjoyed your explanation regards placement of the different categories of plants. Thank you so much the end result was simply gorgeous. xx
So good to watch you arrange this beautiful floral arrangement and thank you for sharing this video very detailed and informative. I am your avid follower from Philadelphia.
I’m sorry, I don’t know what you are referencing. Which part of the tutorial am I saying what you don’t understand. If you can give me the timestamp, I can let you know what I’m saying!
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ stunning arrangement I love stuff like that reminds me of a English Garden or paintings I mean it's just fabulous and I love everything that you did use❤
Hello from Schulenburg, Texas this is my first time seeing your videos on making beautiful flower arrangements. I love how you really took your time explaining every step thank you for sharing your talent with us that Arrangement is truly beautiful ♥
Hello James from Dallas Texas saying hello I love large Arrangements I used to do a lot of sympathy and I would love to cast covers easels I'm fairly new to your channel but I do like what you're doing❤
Nice! Thanks for sharing. I’m such a symmetrical person that this shape is hard for me to visualize. What “shape” would you say this is? I know it’s super trendy right now. Thanks!
Yes you can! The only issue is the foam doesn’t work like a regular vase of water. When you insert stems into the foam they can drink a bit of water but it’s not meant as a long term arrangement. If you water the foam it sort of re soaked it but it doesn’t necessarily help the flowers access more water as the foam can gunk up the stems. If you see wilting just recut the stem and insert it again, which may help.
I am doing my own flowers for my wedding. The wedding is on a Friday, and I was hoping to do the arrangements Wednesday night. How should I keep the flowers looking fresh? Should I try to wait or just keep the foam wet?
Do these need to be watered at all once you arrange them? Do you submerge the base in something? Or do you just put this together as close to the wedding as possible?
All oasis should be pre soaked before using. Fill a large tub which is deeper and wider than the oasis piece with water ,fill the tub at least 6” deeper than the height of the oasis. Then place the piece of oasis onto the water…for a cage like the one being used here you can turn it upside down but still place it gently on top of the water. NEVER EVER push the oasis down into the water, this causes air pockets and dry spots in your oasis which causes your flowers or greenery to die. Leave the oasis to sink to the bottom of the tub and wait until there are no bubbles coming from the oasis. For something large like this I would leave the oasis to soak up to 45 minutes no longer or it will take up so much water it will start to break up. If you feel it is very wet then you can just place the dish/tray on a towel as you start arranging just so you don’t get covered in water! One last thing when cutting your stems ALWAYS cut a nice sharp 45 degree cut whether that’s greenery or flowers and again NEVER EVER EVER crush the stems of anything. Back in the 50’s/60’s the advice was to crush stems especially woody stems. This is the worst thing you can ever do to any type of plant material, all it does is crush the cells and prevent them from taking up water so you’re actually doing the opposite of what you want to happen. One last little tip! When placing flowers and greenery into a vase of water , always clean the stems of any leaves or stems that are below the waterline. If you leave them on they got slimy and start to rot and cause bacteria to spread in the water which then rots the flowers…..and don’t forget to thoroughly clean your vases out with a drop of bleach in hot water between each use. Happy Arranging!
Is one entire day enough to do 10 large arrangements, 10 small ones, 8 bouquets, and 8 boutonnières? Colorful of various flowers. My friend is a florist and I want to suggest she travels, buys them from a wholesale, and makes them for me. I get married on a Sunday and she works on Friday, so she’ll only have Saturday. She has one helper.
Interested ..BUT CANNOT HEAR YOU AS I CAN GEAR OTHER GARDEN SHOWS ... Something must be wrong with your sound system or you need a new one. Will try to watch you again
This channel is for our DIY clients. A knife has a bit of a learning curve and for experienced florist or floral enthusiasts, it may be a great option. For beginners or DIY client’s, probably not. You do you though.
It would have been better if the background of the video is plain and not cluttered with other flowers so one can appreciate the progress of the design. Here, the actual flowers used and the flowers in the background becomes confusing and distracting. My suggestions.
I agree. This is my first time watching and I couldn't really focus on the arrangement being made because of the background flowers and greenery, especially in the back. Wonderful presenter and information.! Awesome arrangement.

This vid and your website is fab, so helpful! What size is the cage you’re using x
The bottom are oasis grande cages and the top is a grande uglu!
Nice! Thanks for sharing. I’m such a symmetrical person that this shape is hard for me to visualize. What “shape” would you say this is? I know it’s super trendy right now. Thanks!
I feel the same way. I would have to bring the center into the design. Seems like a huge void there.
how long does this last? does this have to be made the morning of the wedding or the night before?
Hi! What is the name of the first focal rose? They are gorgeous!
They were a tinted roses. The label said M.Pist Terracotta
This is so helpful! How long could I make this before my wedding? Could I make it the day before as long as I top up the water in the foam?

Saya biasanya memilih bunga yang tidak mudah layu, karena kalau di Indonesia 2 hari resepsi, semisal acara Minggu pasang di Jum'at sore.
What is the name of the third greenery? Beautiful arrangement- thanks for tutorial!
Grevillea
Yep! Grevillea!
Excellent!! New subscriber here !!❤❤❤🥰🥰🌺🌷🌺🌷👍🏼👍🏼💯💯🙏🙏
What type of container would you place this in?
How long do they last in the floral foam?

Me encanta !!!
I wish, I could get the name of that gorgeous focal rose, please. The first one. It's glorious.
Amazing
Super
Thank you for sharing
See you around
Great job. It would be better and clearer for viewers if you don't put too many flowers behind you. Thank you.

how do you keep these overnight?

I just did one of these as a centerpiece it took me 3 hours and I’m still not 100% satisfied 😅 so I’d say give an extra day

13:20 please tell me your name is Allison because that freaked me out lol. I was cutting potatoes and all i hear is "Hey, Allison "
Whatever happened to using a knife? When I design my knife never leaves my hand. Much more time efficient.
