These are all amazing paintings. I’d love to see the work of the individuals who choose to leave tasteless negative comments. SMH.

Michael Holter, Z.Feng, Karen Schaaf, Alicia Farris, Dean Mitchell, the best from my point of view.

They're beautiful. I'm looking at the best of show by Dean Mitchell, titled Hidden, and interestingly I can make out several faces in the top of the tree. Just a little creepy LOL

Seems like a completely different watercolour painting culture to here in the UK, or maybe these particular awards are more about realism? With the exception of the Dean Mitchell - where there's some of his personality, it's all rather disappointing.

Sorry but a there is no such as warm against cool colors in luminousity, its dark against light, light against dark, and the vibration of under painting trying to over power the over layed color by the under paint pushed up by the whiteness of the paper, on that piece, i didnt see it, no focal point, surprisingly what is tge subject or the substance of that, its a mere spectra of colors, as my observation opinion. but Congrats !it won.

Pushing transgender art should be a crime. This stuff is gross.
